We are a refined yet casual atmosphere with spirits, food, and gaming for locals and visitors alike. Formally know as Charlie's Place, we have completely gutted and remodeled two buildings to bring the Windsor downtown night life to a whole new level. Windsor pub is one of those places where you will always have good food but are taking a gamble on service. We waited away too long at the hostess stand even though we had reservations, finally got our food at 630 (our res was for 530), watched our beer pass us several times on the robot while going to other tables, never got refills, never got the brussel sprouts we ordered and had to practically chase the server down for a box and our check. I want to say we won't be back, but I know that's not the case. The food is too good. I just wish they would work on the service. Every time we go on a holiday it's always terrible service.

We really enjoy coming to Windsor Pub. The is always great. We usually start with their fried mushrooms. we have already booked the back room for a group party.

Service was great. Food is amazing. Personally, I love the appetizers the best. Next time, I’ll come in for appetizers and drinks. We drive 50 minutes to get there and it’s well worth the drive.

I will start off by saying we enjoy eating at Windsor’s Pub normally. They have great food and very friendly staff but last night was not good on the food side. Our waitress was wonderful for being super busy. We actually wanted to try the special but they were sold out when we got there at 7pm. We ended up ordering a couple sandwiches. The sandwiches were barely warm and took forever to get to us. My wife tried the Grinch Po boy and it was covered in the Grinch sauce that was the color of a Christmas tree and was very off putting to look at. I had the Patty Melt which was ok but you could tell it had been setting for a while.

Our party of 12 enjoyed a fabulous dining experience. The appetizers were delicious - we had fried mushrooms, onion petals, spinach artichoke dip with chips, and cheesy jalapeno poppers. The entrees were served quickly and piping hot. The fall specials of bourbon apple butter burger and the apple butter pork chops were especially tasty. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and the quantity of the food served. The staff very graciously and perfectly accommodated our request for seating due to mobility issues for some in our group. And of course, it is always fun to watch the "robot" deliver drinks to the table! We will go back often!

Disappointed. Always was impressed with food in the past. This time not so much. First was not hot. Special requests of things on the side was not done. Just disappointed
