Executive Chef Chris Leynes and his talented team of culinary professionals use local and regional products such as Benton’s Bacon, Sunburst Trout Farms fresh Rainbow Trout, Southern Natural Tennessee Beef, and USDA Prime Pork to create culinary favorites.
