Our meals were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Unfortunately the service wasn't at its high standards that night. We were asked if we would like water then never got any until my partner went up and asked for some. The couple on the next table ordered before us and we were there before them. Once we finally had the waiter take our order and offer us our wine again waiting a while for that to be served to us our meals did come out shortly after. I absolutely love this restaurant and would go again as normally the service and food are at a high standard. It was just disappointing that we didn't get the full experience that night we went for my birthday.

I had wanted to find an elegant restaurant somewhere close to home with a view of the ocean to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary. Windows by the Bay was a great choice. When you book ask for a "window table" to be sure to take advantage of the view. The food was excellent and the service very good. For us it was a special occasion so we had the full 3 courses. My wife has particular dietary requirements and this did not seem to pose any issues. We were the first to arrive and the last to leave- something special to remember!

My partner and I booked a table to celebrate our anniversary. We have had a 3 course dinner which took 3 hours. We were not in a hurry so it was ok, but there was a long wait each time. The staff noticed and apologised. With the desert we ordered a desert wine, by the time we got our wine, we already finished our desert. When paying the bill, the manager/owner mentioned this was a "standard" Saturday evening.Food was great! Staff were nice. XxX

Very enjoyable lunch with friends. Lovely view of the bay & beach. Excellent service but not intrusive. Very nice food.Disappointed they don't accept Amex.

The wait staff were very lax and I had to constantly get there attention to get menus, order or ask a question. However, once you have their attention there was nothing they wouldn't do. There was no cheese platter but they rustled up some cheeses and biscuits so we could enjoy an after dinner drink.
