Tucked off a quiet street in East Williamsburg, Win Son is a bombastic ode to the flavor-packed foods of Taiwan, revisiting everything from night market treats to treasured classics, all within a buzzy neighborly space.

Need to Know:
We keep the majority of the dining room and the entire outdoor area open for walk-in diners. Please note that we only seat complete parties.

Standard reservations are available for parties of 6-9 people, for indoor dining only. If you arrive as less than 6, or greater than 9 guests, your reservation will be cancelled and you may add your name to the wait list. A 20% gratuity is included for parties of 6 or more.

We offer a family-style dining packages for parties 10+ (see Experiences).

Reservations canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee of $20/guest.

Nearly a decade after its opening, it's still doing some of the most audacious and exciting Taiwanese American in the city. Dishes like minced pork and rice lou rou fan and the shrimp and mortadella Nutritious Sandwich are non-negotiable, but after that, the playful menu is your oyster.

    The food was way too salty. 3 dishes all tasted like they had the same sauce (minced pork, rolled beef, tofu fly head). We left disappointed and thirsty from the saltiness

    Trigg and the team at WinSon are making incredible, inventive and approachable food in a warm and welcoming space. We went a collab dinner between WinSon and MyLoup and we loved every minute of it - the food was outstanding, the service was just right and the wine pairings were interesting without being weird! If you haven't already been, go there! Go tonight!

    Deliciousness!!!!! I was lucky enough to snag some tickets to the collab dinner between Win Son and My Loup from Philly and it was awesome. As a former NYC-er who current lives in Philly it was the perfect mash-up of two of my favorite restaurants so I hopped a quick Amtrak and met a Brooklyn friend to enjoy a creative, delicious and all around wonderful menu and evening. Pairing Chef Alex's foie gras terrine with milk bread soldiers from Win Son was my most epic bite of 2025 so far! Add in kind, efficient service and a delicious n/a cocktail to boot and it was fabulous all around. Check out both of these restaurants ASAP!

    I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Win Son - they helped me flawlessly pull off a surprise birthday dinner with 15+ people. The custom menus, the cake, the attention to detail, and the accommodating of allergies were beyond anything I could have hoped for. I only worry that I won't be able to top this for next year's celebration! Huge thanks to all the staff for making this day so amazing; I am beyond grateful.

    Everything was phenomenal foodwise. The bao was the best either of us ever had a the O-a Jian was amazing. Definitely don’t skip the cucumbers either.
