Willow Street Pizza is a great local spot that has responded to the pandemic by offering outdoor seating on their patio with tables at appropriate distances apart. We like the patio so much better than sitting in a parking lot or on a street that's been converted for dining. I appreciate them staying open even though the number of diners per night is small and continuing to serve on plates with silverware and real glasses versus the to go service many other restaurants have resorted to. Oh, and the food is good, too!
good food, nice patio, fun beer list, there were heaters outside
I was very impressed with the contact tracing information they had me provide in the beginning. We sat outside, as we are very COVID-19 aware, with our kids and we were comfortable, had great service, and stayed warm with the well placed patio heaters they had going. I will certainly let others know how great of service we recieved and the food was delicious as well. Try the roasted cauliflower appetizer...so good!

We have been going to Willow Street Pizza in Willow Glen since we moved here in 2012 and it has been consistently great in terms of service, food, and value. During the pandemic Willow Street has been one of the few local restaurants that has been able to maintain their service, ambience, and food quality. We enjoy eating on the patio instead of a converted parking lot or converted street parking spaces as many local restaurants have been forced to do. Yay Willow Street Pizza!!!
Willow Street Pizza in Willow Glen is our favorite restaurant. We also experience great food and service!
Willow Street Pizza has been my go to for several years. Great staff.
I took my date and our dog there and they made us feel so welcome. They have a dog menu! How great is that!!
Great food, service was very fast. The outdoor seating is very nice overall great place to eat.
Nice selection of cocktails and wine to accompany the good entrees, especially the Vodka Prawn Fettuccine. Staff was very helpful.
My husband and I had a date night and really enjoyed the patio at Willow Street, there were 2 TV's so we could watch sporting events and had great service from our waiter.
Willow Street is doing a great job with covid. Super nice staff. Try the saffron ravioli!
Service was prompt and friendly, food was hot and tasted great, and Thursday was no-corkage on BYOB. Perfect night!
Our Waitress was not very attentive, took a long time to get place our order, get our drinks, get our food, etc. food was excellent as always.
Chili peppers on our Italian pizza were way too salty.
Food was good. Service was a little slow but we were a fairly large group so it gave us time to socialize a little more.
Enjoyed a lunch special of a small pizza and salad; both tasty and satisfying. A lot of food for the price 🤗. Our server was great; Polite , friendly and attentive
We had a group of 14 people. I didn’t think we could get a reservation on open table for 14. So we booked two tables of seven, and requested that we sit together. The staff at the restaurant was very accommodating and grouped us all together. Service was great, food was good. We definitely go here again, especially for some of the weeknight special events
Good food and experience. The venue is loud, so don't expect to have an intimate conversation, but it is afterall a taproom.
Food was good, there with girl friends for my birthday dinner. Good for groups of friends.
Great customer service, amazing food & very quaint & home like atmosphere
Great place for all ages. Have a family tradition of eating dinner here and then taking in the Christmas lights of Willow Glen.
Not as a once and while. Maybe if you live local and your used to the slow service and attitudes. We came as special occasion. For viewing willow glen lights and wish we prepped for the slow service and sour attitudes when asking for water or more drinks in general. Or napkins for the messy wings. I’m pretty sure it’s called “ anticipate the customers needs” in service but not considered a standard here unfortunately
Food was decent but overpriced. We would have preferred more vegetarian options. Appetizers were more pub style than Italian. Service was terrible, they forgot about us on multiple occasions. A drink that was ordered at the beginning arrived after we had finished eating. We had to ask multiple times for some of the kids meals.
I’ve always liked the food and ambience at Willow street, and I really like the beer selection, but we were surprised with the “surcharge” to make up for the minimum wage hike. I don’t remember even seeing it on the menu. Not a big deal, and not much money, but a little bit of a sour taste
The Warm Brussels Sprouts Salad was delicious and big enough to share. We also shared the Italian pizza with the gluten free crust which was very good. Nice interior. Has a full bar which is a plus. Looking forward to returning.
our new favorite restaurant for casual comfort food
Dinner was good except for the fact the person that brought us our food was carrying too many plates and our pizza went on the floor the salads fell on his shirt and then still tried to give us our salads. They had to re-make our pizza, forgot one of the entree salads and still charged us for everything. We also had to keep asking for water and constantly looking for our waitress. Not sure I will go back to this location.
The menu has changed a lot. Garlic fries are good, but not as much garlic as I remember. Prices have gone up a lot too. Overall, we still love the place but have memories of it being a bit better.
We've been loyal customers for years and will keep coming back. There are some great new items added to the menu recently.
Great food for a casual family meal or even a date
A little pricey, but the service was decent and the food was above average. Not crowded and parking was reasonable.
Food was delicious. Portions were a bit small but it might have been the fact that my raviolis were so good I just wanted more. We had beer wine and cocktails at our table, everyone really enjoyed their drinks. Service was just as good as the food. To top it off the restaurant is beautiful. Will definitely be coming back.
The only thing I would recommend would be the appetizers, drinks and the kids menu
The salmon dinner with potatoes and green bean was delicious!
Pizza was delicious, service was great, overall great experience. We cannot wait to go back....
Great service, excellent food. Highly recommend the trip.
Fantastic service and some of the best shrimp tacos I have ever had
I love the fresh thyme on the combo pizza.
