What a fun way to finally have a meal out during the pandemic! We had lunch in one of the little greenhouses. It was warm enough in there with the heater, that we were able to take our coats off on a 30° day! Food was delicious and fresh, and the service was great! The servers were very attentive, and I looked around and saw how they cleaned each greenhouse after a party would leave. If you’re looking for a way to still get out and do something unique during all of this, this is your place to go!

The salmon was very bland and flavorless.
French fires dint even have a hint of salt and were extremely bland. Could improve on flavor. Otherwise not bad.

Great dining experience with Covid restrictions. You get your own little structure outside with a heater and it’s warm enough to enjoy your meal without a huge coat on! And the food was phenomenal!

They did a GREAT job of making the private plastic “pod” warm and dry. It was a very cold and rainy night but we were all comfortable and cozy in our private “tent”. The server never entered our room and kept his mask on at all times so we felt very safe. The food and drinks were all outstanding. I think this is one of the few restaurants I will feel comfortable venturing out to during the pandemic.

The food is always incredible. I came for my birthday and got the pumpkin donut balls, which were INCREDIBLE. I’m obsessed with sweets and this is one of the best desserts I’ve EVER had.

You get your own personal greenhouse with a heater so it was very private and very warm. It did feel a tad bit claustrophobic, but that’s just because I was with three men. Such a cute idea for dining outside. Loved the burger and the beef Wellington. April was our server and she was very sweet and prompt. A very unique Covid dining experience!

Went to willow room for a celebratory dinner. The individual greenhouses were perfect, warm and safe. They even had a little shimmer light in our greenhouse. The food was great! I thoroughly enjoyed the crab cake chowder and my husband loved the beef Wellington. We will be back!

The outdoor experience at Willow was a great one. The service was excellent and the delicious food arrived quickly and hot (despite the cold weather). Their Covid precautions helped keep us safe. Would definitely recommend.

The outdoor space is so fun and safe! We had a fabulous time at brunch. The cocktails and food were amazing as always. Service was A+. Can’t wait to come back.

We started off with the Burrata which was heavenly. Laura had the salmon which was delicious, and I had the scallops which were cooked to perfection and laid on a bed of risotto which was very tasty.

We’ve been twice and partaken in the outdoor greenhouses both times. The food has been fantastic (I’ve had the burger and grilled chicken Ken sandwich), the staff very attentive (even though they have to make the trek outside) and the greenhouses have been very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great food and service! This was our first time dining at a restaurant during covid since the summer and we felt extremely safe and cautious dining in the greenhouses. We have not seen many other restaurants clearly defining and meeting the standard we saw at Willow Room!

I forget my servers name but she was a doll! The Greenhouses are so great and cozy as well. I had the shrimp tacos and they were good!

Willow Room is always a neighborhood gem but this was our first time dining in the outdoor huts (for Covid-19 restrictions) and we didn't know to expect. Needless to say, it was a wonderful experience once again! Food, service, and atmosphere were terrific. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and stayed cozy and warm our entire lunch.

My expectations were exceeded! Brunch was amazing and the greenhouses were the perfect size— even warm!

Great New Years Eve dinner. The staff did a super job which is hard considering you’re outdoors. And the flourless chocolate cake was “ to die for”.

Good food, good service, cozy igloo setting. Felt safe with COVID protocol. Meals arrived amazingly warm and fresh especially given the snow and outdoor distance to igloo.

Sat in the outside igloo/tent which was neat as it was snowing. Had a small heater which felt was enough, wasn’t overly warm or cold but comfortable to sit and eat. Service and food were both good. We ordered the baked chèvre as an appetizer and the pork schnitzel and burger for dinner which would recommend all (baked chèvre was good to get us warm again after walking there in the snow). Cocktails were good too. Would go again.

Easy to get a res and they have outdoor dining igloos. Food is incredible and the staff is super nice. Great option for a place to go out to eat or drink some wine. One of my new favorite places.

I’ve been to Willow Room a number of times and am always impressed. Their outdoor dining experience is just as enjoyable as it is in their adorable dining room.

Great service

We celebrated by 55th birthday on December 27 in one of the heated green houses at Willow Room. It was very memorable and felt very safe. I had the tartar and the new salmon entree—both were prepared perfectly and the salmon arrived very warm, even though we were served outside. There was a small heater in the green house and we were able to take our coats off and enjoy our dinner even thought it was 40 degrees that night. I watched the staff clean one of the other green houses between guests, while we were dining and they were incredibly thorough. All in all, a very enjoyable and safe experience, highlighted by the always exceptional food and service at Willow Room. I highly recommend!

If you are concerned about outside seating where you may still be cold then worry no more and make a reservation here! Up to 4 people can fit inside their “greenhouses” set up outside and there is a heater in each. We went for brunch at noon and it was around 44 degrees outside. The temp inside the greenhouse was like dining inside the restaurant. The “greenhouse” is literally a see through greenhouse with a door that closes. It was great! Not to mention the service and food were outstanding.

Such a great experience every time! The mini heated houses are perfect and cozy, the employees are considerate and make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. It’s a regular brunch/lunch neighborhood spot for me!
