Birthday dinner. Ambiance was like a Disney restaurant. LEDs lights were turned up bright. Food was very mediocre and extremely expensive. Not at all what we expected from a Four Seasons.

Excellent food. Very good service. Right at the base of the Aspen Highlands lifts. Limited menu, but the menu rotates often, at least that is what another patron told us, a local who visits there often. We'll come back. Will take the free bus next time, if it's running, since it drops you off about 20 steps from the door :)

Burgers were great. Salads were fabulous. The trout was well cooked but the sides were too sweet. Our server Senya was awesome. Friendly attentive etc. the manager whose name I forget was also lovely. A nice easy place to have dinner.

Hidden gem at Aspen Highlands. Cozy and unpretentious with great cocktails and excellent classic fare - scallops were a highlight as were bison burgers.

Super disappointed by this meal. The pho was literally flavorless, and it was clear that the chicken wasn't seasoned whatsoever. My partner got the salmon and was equally disappointed by the lack of flavor. Our server, who was very nice, was not very attentive, had to come back and confirm our order twice, and was clearly having a terrible evening. The tables around us even commented on it. Best part of the evening was the blackberry smash drink and the gentleman who handled valet service. Not worth a return visit.

It’s an insult to bistros around the world to call this place a “bistro”. It does not reflect Ritz Carlton’s over the top hospitality and great experience known around the world. The ambience is loaded with tv monitors showing sports and movies… food is extremely basic and service matches any hole in the wall sports bar. Do not waste your time coming here during your visit to Aspen.

Straight up hidden gem in Highlands. Simple menu that they crush! Quinoa salad with grilled salmon and the best pho in Aspen to start, and Buffalo short rib absolutely insane. Bartender Lulu is a pro while also being an absolute riot.

Appetizers were great as was the salad. My main course hamburger and fries was served cold. My wife found two small strands in her Pho dish from what appears to be a Brillo scrubbing pad. I have eaten at Willow Creek many times before and the food and service was excellent. On this particular occasion our experience fell well below their standards and our (4 persons) expectations.
