   We love coming here we celebrate our second anniversary and this is the place to go if you would like your wife or fiancé, or boyfriend and husband to come and enjoy a great meal with outstanding service highly recommend

   Love the new menu! Fried gator was delicious. We always get the chargrilled oysters and never disappointed. Lobster was amazing. Horia was our excellent server!

   It's been a while since I visit William B's it was so good to see that they change some of the items on the menu. I tried the sausage stuffed mushrooms they were delicious. For my entrée, the decision was so hard, but I went with the surf and turf. I will be back soon to try everything else. As always, the service was great my server was Antonio.William B's, you really do have a great staff.

   This was our first time there. Great atmosphere. We love the new menu items the chicken pasta, and the down-home sausage stuffed mushrooms was delicious. We love that they give you three different types of butter with complementary artisan rolls. Service was impeccable. Thank you a lot Kelli chef, Jackie, you’re doing a wonderful job

   I love to visit WB's . I was talking to the hostess Mrs Rachel telling her I wish you all had some type of chicken on the menu. She informed me as of March 3rd they will be starting a new menu. And the chicken items are pan roasted herb chicken and Tuscan chicken pasta. Thanks Mrs Rachel I can't wait.

    Our food and service was excellent. Rachel the hostess seated us in a timely manner and our server. Antonio was very knowledgeable of the menu and wine service. We will definitely be back. This is a hidden gym restaurant.

    The hostess was very nice. My server was Kelli she was on it I didn’t want for nothing. The food was so delicious. I asked to speak to the chef so I can shake his hand. His name was chef Jackie, someone needs to give him a raise.

    I dined alone but the experience was still great. For my entrée, I chose the pork chops. When you visit here, please try them out. I felt so welcomed from the greeting at the door to the farewell I will be back.

    This was our first dining experience at William B's. When we arrived, there was no one at the Maitre D's station. When two other parties arrived behind us, one member of our party went inside the restaurant to get the attention of someone to seat the people at the door. The restaurant is beautiful, no doubt. The food was excellent as well. Our server, however, was neither trained nor had the attitude that would befit the level of fine dining of the restaurant. The final bill was $285 for three people. While the food and the very fine decor and facilities of the restaurant justified that - the service surely did not. It is easy for me to see why a restaurant that has the potential to have waiting lists of days, if not weeks, is only open two day per week. Were I the General Manager of Sam's Town, Shreveport, I would be quietly putting out feelers for a new Restaurant Manager - maybe a new Food and Beverage Director, as well. It is a shame to operate a restaurant in such a way that does not do justice to the facilities, the menu and the kitchen staff.

    Kelly was excellent, Kelly was prompt and patient with the 6 guests. All the food was delicious and well made, except my Special Needs Son's Steak, IT WAS RAW. My Wife's Red Snapper Seafood dish was amazing, with a Large Succulent Red Snapper w/ 3 Large tender flavorful shrimp over a bed of well seasoned Rice and 6 Asparagus spears, 3 tender Carrot Spears with full of flavor sauce. All the steaks were delicious, 2 Steaks were cooked perfectly, 1 was a little undercooked. BUT 1 RIB EYE STEAK WAS NOT COOKED, ICE COLD IN THE CENTER, BLOOD POURING OUT. IT WAS DARK AND MY SPECIAL NEEDS SON GOT THE UNCOOKED STEAK ACROSS THE TABLE. HE TRIED TO EAT IT BUT HE GAVE UP. SO I CHECKED IT. IT WAS TO LATE, HE LOST HIS APPETITE. THE COOK RE HEATED THE STEAK BUT WE JUST TOSSED IT THE NEXT DAY.

    First, our server, Michael,,, best ever. He made the start of dinner wonderful and set the tone. Menu was ‘to die for’ what was ordered from the menu, ‘to die for’, and prices were great. Only wish over $6K of spending between my mother, husband , and I could have comped it off, but that is a host thing! I totally recommend this restaurant to every hungry person in Shreveport!!

    The food was delicious. The waitress, Kelly, was Amazing! We had the appetizer of the day fried green tomatoes and blackened shrimp, as well as crab cakes. Both were absolutely delicious. We got a ribeye and a t-bone they were both cooked to perfection and very tasty. My house salad was absolutely refreshing and almost served as my dessert because I was so full. Everything was wonderful.

    My wife and I choose to celebrate our anniversary at William B’s steakhouse most years. The service is excellent, the food is awesome. Horia is the best and she always has a bottle of German Riesling ready and chilled for my wife.
