   Our previous experience was fantasticly stellar but it was a few years ago. This time was mediocre and I hope it was just an off night. I’ve never had prime rib seared. It was more of a ribeye than prime rib and the au jus and meat was not well seasoned. The surf and turf was ok. The filet was advertised as 6oz but looked maybe 4 or under like it wax the tip of the tenderloin. The lobster tail was the best part of the night and was very well cooked. Broccoli and cauliflower side was very good once I got past the initial heat of the Thai sauce. The au gratin was not seasoned well either. Crème brûlée was very good but a little too much cream and a huge strawberry on top could have been easier (and prettier) to eat if it was sliced and fanned out on top. Our server was fantastic. A little bit of slow service but she was friendly and attentive.

   The food was excellent! I had scallops with scalloped potatoes! The margarita was great too! 😋

   Meh. Went light with salads and appetizers. If you like curly endive you’ll like the salad. Very salty croutons. If you like kitchen bouquet you’ll like the French onion soup. If you like bacon you L like the wrapped shrimp appetizer. Glad we didn’t waste our money on entrees.

   The food is amazing. Very generous portions and the service was great. Definitely need to try this steakhouse.

   The New York Strip was outstanding, and the sides are shareable as the portions are large.

   Dinner was amazing. We arrived early and were promptly seated. The drinks were amazing and the steaks were by far the best I’ve had in the Peoria area. I would recommend the crème brûlée for desert. The service was exceptional and we truly felt welcomed and like we were more than just a customer. We will be back next time we are in town.

    Great service, food was great except the fried mushrooms which were a little greasy. Barbecue ribs were EXCELLENT!
