Terrible, unfortunately. There seem to be a severe breakdown on communication between or waiter and the kitchen. Sat for over an hour an a half for our main dishes because our orders weren't put in together for some reason. Couldn't locate our waiter for about 30 mins, who rarely came over to check on us. Bad experience.

Mother’s Day Brunch was just an awful experience. At 10 AM there were only about 5 other tables seated. 4 of the 5 entrees arrived after 50 minutes of waiting. The 5th entree finally arrived 10 minutes later (that one took a full hour). We were told the kitchen was busy preparing for the day. The pancakes were inedible. It was as if they were made an hour prior and sitting under a heat lamp. They were hard, dry and difficult to swallow. The bacon was under cooked. The ricotta frittata was missing all the veggies advertised in the menu description. On a positive note, our waiter was so sweet and the outdoor seating provided great ambiance. And it was just so bad it was actually entertaining. Never again though. Lol.

My Wife and I LOVE Willard Hicks! We’ve been there a handful of times, and it’s been great every single time. For some reason we’ve had the same amazing waiter, Neil, as well, which has just made everything that much better. I could not be happier that we found WH. The service was slow - the waiter was friendly but lacked training. Food was good - we shared the Pesto Cheese bread which is so tasty. I had the big burger ! It’s huge ! 1 pound of beef - delicious- very well cooked excellent! My wife had the wedge salad which she enjoyed - my only comment would be the basin wasn’t well cooked both on the salad and my burger.

We were really excited to try this restaurant during our stay in Morgan Hill, but unfortunately ended up being really underwhelmed. The ambiance was nice, but started our dinner with an aged rum in a dirty glass and then followed it with some hammered chicken and really mediocre food. Overall, disappointed. :(

I was very disappointed, expected much better. The steaks were bland and the firm baked potatoes were clearly microwaved. They offer three salad dressing choices; caesar, blue cheese, and a citrus vinaigrette which tasted similar to a thin applesauce. The bar might be the attraction, as the cocktail menu was very creative. The staff was very warm and friendly.

When I first arrived to the host stand they greeted me with smiles. Once I got seated in my section it took about 20 min for someone to come see me and check on me and even take my order. I had to ask the host who my server was due to the fact no one came to check on. The food was amazing no complaints there. This place was a welcome change to the steakhouse norm. They had a DJ spinning tracks and at first, I thought it was odd. Once we got settled in the music was a perfect addition and kept the feel-good theme throughout the dinner. The menu is really special. Lots of different dishes to choose from and a spectacular drink menu. I had a Black pepper corn NY strip that was cooked to perfection and the loaded baked potato was off the hook. My date loved her chicken dish. She is lactose sensitive/allergic, and the waitress wasted no time to ask the chef if her dish would be ok. Overall, the service was good. The food was really tasty, and the vibe was fun. I'll be back for sure.

We were very excited to give the Morgan Hill location a try. Overall, it was just meh. The server asked if we wanted our appetizers and salad together, and we specifically asked for appetizers, then salad, then main courses. Of course the ceasar salad split came out first... we asked that they hold the Salas as we were still waiting on appetizers. Appetizers finally came out and were cold. Salad came out, not split, and with no extra plate. We asked for pepper, and got a ramekin of red bell pepper. Clarified that we wanted ground black pepper for the salad, and for that in a ramekin as well. Ceasar salad was meant to have jalepeno dressing, but it was totally bland. Steak and sides were okay, but not very flavorful. Asked for salt and got that in a ramekin too. Overall, overpriced, just okay, and service was not great. Was really hoping it would be good.

We were supposed to get together with friends but they had to cancel. What better way to turn it into Date Night than Willard Hicks. The previous week we took my daughter out for her BDay at the Campbell location and it was a great time. The grandness of Morgan Hill gave us a more romantic feel. The food was excellent as always. Our server was Neal and he was very attentive. He came by often to make sure everything was on point. Fortunately it wasn’t as busy and we were able to exchange a few sports stories. We have enjoyed most of the menu and haven’t been disappointed. We look forward to coming back again.

The food was quite good. The Brie appetizer was excellent. The wedge salad was also good, enough for two. But be sure to ask to split it if you want to share, don’t just say you want to share, or they won’t split it. Wine selection is adequate but not extensive. Service was spotty. It took quite a while for our waitress to greet us. But once she did service was ok. The entrees came out very shortly after the appetizer and salad and we felt rushed through the beginning of the meal. The table was small so we had to clear serving plates off the table to fit the entrees even though we were not finished. It has an upbeat vibe to it, not overly loud but not quiet either. Overall, we would go there again under the right circumstances.

Our server named Kelly was extremely friendly and gave us great service. The hamburgers are unbelievably delicious. Had the tuna tartare tower which was yummy and the presentation was amazing. Love the DJ music that they have. Great variety of songs that everyone seemed to be enjoying ! The only thing missing was an area to do a little dancing! We will be back!

I ordered the swordfish, which I think was $36. It was the size of my palm and about 1/4 inch thick. Possibly 2 ounces. Incredibly disappointing that they thought it was ok to serve that. Maybe 4 other occupied tables that night. Now I know why. Unrecognizable from when they first opened. We’ll never go again.

Went there for lunch - there was no one there so we had great service. They had a good wine selection. I ordered the ribs and they literally fell off the bone, they were somewhat fatty but I suppose it’s to be expected. Good taste accompanied with some fries. It was pricey but it’s a steak place so I expected it to be. I would definitely try it again.
