The dinner was very pricey. The service was mediocre, we had to ask for our drinks a few times. We ordered dessert which never came. Instead, the bill was presented. Wait staff was spread to thin. Appetizers were served after salad.

We had reservations for five and they tried to seat us at two different tables. It took a long time for them to give access to the menu. Our waiter was great but the hostesses had no clue and put a damper on our night out with an out of town guest. Tables seated after us were served drinks and menus long before we were. 👎🏻👎🏻

My husbands steak was over cooked. It was my husbands birthday, which was noted in our reservations. No one offered him a birthday dessert. The service was just ok. Probably won’t go back to this location.

I'd say that it was a good experience. The staff kept parties properly spaced. Service was on point. Food was flavorful. I'd defiantly return and recommend too.

We had a great dinner at WH. Love that the first corkage fee is free! I had the scallops and risotto and it was outstanding. Hubby had the filet and said it was delicious. We will return again soon!

Ridiculous indoor seating restictions. Upon arrival with reservations for two with indoor seating, we were led to a table so small it would have been impossible to place our food, appetizers and drinks on it without it being a circus like balancing act. At the time, only three tables inside were occupied. When we asked for a larger table, we were told that all the other tables were reserved for parties of three or more. I found this interesting as the other three (larger) tables which were occupied only had two people seated at each table.

Only after we said that the table was unacceptable were we offered seating at a larger table. Interestingly enough, throughout our stay only three tables were occupied in the mostly empty restaurant. Perhaps we did not "look" like the type of clientele they preferred to serve? The food was good and the server did a good job but we won't go back.

Cold, lack of ambiance inside. Lights were set on super bright, maybe because half the chandeliers had dead bulbs in them.

Food quality was mediocre at best. There has to be much better in Morgan Hill.

Lovely time. Nice people who work there, great food, perfect ambiance and noise level, covid precautions were outstanding, the server could have come around a few more times but he was very kind and made our evening so special. 10/10 recommend going to this WH location.

My reservations was cancelled by the manager due to forgetting my mask. My friend had her mask went to the front answered the required question as I stayed away from all guests. More than 10 feet. (All guest at tables and around had no masks on)She came over to me handed me her mask I went up to answer the questions. I was first told masks were required to step in to answer questions. I explained my friend did, and now i am there with mask to answer question. The the manager said Santa Clara county required . Both to be masked didn’t make sense we were both masked to answer questions stood more than 6feet away( we are in the red tier) the manager needs to review county rules outdoors. Maybe just say that was the restaurant rule instead of Lie. When you answer your guests you probably shouldn’t look up in the air. I already knew you were telling a fib. We both walked across the street had a great dinner . The walked to another restaurant where we listened to music and had drinks. No issues at either. I believe in masks and wear them regularly, but the reason for turning someone away for the reason giving was wrong.

Service was super slow. We were there 2 hours in total and they were at 25 percent capacity. I can only imagine where they are at 50 or more capacity. We waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged. We made reservations and stated it was our wedding anniversary and they didn’t say a thing about that at all. Why even ask then? Food was OK but my medium rare ribeye was over cooked to medium well. I could make a better baked potato. They were out of the pork belly appetizer. They came out with a Togo order for us and then another plate of something we didn’t order. Everyone was polite and the social distancing was acceptable. Probably won’t go again for the prices. Sorry, I hate to give this kind of review.

My husband, teen daughter and I went for Easter dinner. The hostesses were not very friendly, which was surprising because it was pretty dead in there. The waiter was OK, but nothing special. The QR code on the table was miniature, which made it difficult to open the menu and when asked for the wine list it was light colored paper with grey very small print so it was essentially impossible to read. We tried a flashlight on our phone as well as taking a picture and blowing it up, but it was still very difficult to read. We shared the ribeye and it was OK, but nothing fabulous. My daughter got the chicken with sticky rice and the chicken was overcooked. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate chip cookies and vanilla ice cream or frozen milk as they called it. The scoop of ice cream was very small and the cookies were pretty large although they did not taste homemade at all. Kind of disappointing overall considering the prices.

This restaurant has gone down hill. We ordered many items, however the ribeye at $46.00 was tough and not cooked right. The steak knife would not cut through a rare steak, they had to cut it for us in the kitchen.

We ordered three dishes of the Pappardelle pasta, which did not tell you that it had mushrooms . Each dish had approximately 1/2 cup mushroom in the dish. Not our favorite and should have been noted .

We used to love this restaurant and not sure what happened. Very expensive meal too .

We ordered the scallops which only had three small scallops. Not worth it and probably won’t go back .

I LOVE ❤️Willard Hicks! Saturday nights the DJ rocks the music starting around 6. The mambo salad is my FAVORITE AND the jalapeño margarita. The coconut shrimp is Delish with a yummy dipping sauce.

Our waiter, Cameron, was very attentive and timed his arrivals to check in on us, accordingly. Outgoing and friendly, very professional and considerate of our privacy of conversation.

The food was amazing, and affordable.

The presentation of our dishes was sub par? They could have been a little more presentable in display? But if you’re only focusing on the dish and it’s flavor, then ignore the former statement.

Overall great food, great service, and very affordable.

Expensive food. Tasted ok. Made a reservation 3 weeks prior and still had a table without heater by the loud bar and server station. Asked for something warmer or quieter. Hostess said it’s only for tables with reservations (which we had) and then said she’d check but never returned.

This was our first visit and we will likely return only after the COVID 19 restrictions are lifted. The staff was trying hard but they were understaffed and the services was a bit disjointed at first. We had to ask for a menu and were told to use the bar code scan on table to access it. This was not obvious or mentioned upon seating (which we did ourselves). The outdoor table was wobbly, but being next to a fire pit turned out cozy and warm.
The food was good, but I thought expensive. Steak entre with a side was almost $50, and they were missing the fish of the day as was advertised in their online menu. That was one main reason we choose WH, meat for him, fish for me. So I ended up with chicken, which was tasty but a little disappointing.
We liked the atmosphere being on the "main drag" in Morgan Hill, and the patio was very tastefully done, and well spaced apart. Little twinkle light are stretched over the dining areas which added some nice whimsy to the evening.

We had the ribeye and beef street tacos. The ribeye was very tuff and not very thick. The street taco meat was burnt and very salty. They were out of several of the wines on their wine list but our server was able to substitute. Voiced our concerns to the manager. She explained that they had just switched to a different meat vendor. Server was very good and sincerely apologized.

Server was polite but misunderstood the order. Food was overcooked & over sweetened. Drinks are usually spot on - signature some like it hot was not prepared as usual (very syrupy-no spice) the did attempt to fix it but was not remade just added alcohol. Bummed- not the old Willard we expected.
