The service was great, very attentive. The atmosphere was really romantic and the food was amazing. Would definitely come back again
Our meals were very good. The grill prices are a bit pricy but steak was done perfectly.
The wine list is also very good. We ate on the patio which was fine but I think their tables and chairs could be more comfortable. Overall we were very happy with our experience. Our server was also very attentive.
Sat us in full sun at 4:00 and 83 degrees - restaurant was EMPTY! Asked for a different table but was told they were ALL reserved... tried to hide under the small umbrella but was told not to move the table.
We left! Never will return!

We arrived 10 mins before our scheduled time. When we were seated, we were sat at a dirty table. When we asked for the table to be cleaned, the person came over and gave the table a cursory wipe down with just a towel wet with water. I know this because I asked if there was any disinfectant on the rag. He replied no. So I asked him if he was going to spray it down with one. Again, he replied no and went on to say that the spray they were using smelled so they discontinued using the disinfectant. With regard to the food, our reservation was at 6:15 and we were told you were already out of mushrooms and the creamed spinach. This was extremely disappointing as those are both my favorite sides you have to offer.

I enjoy eating out and trying new places, so I rarely visit the same place twice, but the food is spectacular. Honestly, some of the better dinning I have had in years and will be back sooner then later.
We so looked forward to eating here. Our first visit(we usually go to Campbell) Our dishes fell flat in comparison. We hope it’s the times. We will give it another try. We miss our bartender. He made the best Market Delight. Flavors and presentation do not compare.
We had a lovely dinner on the patio service was superb.
We enjoyed their corn bread - superb = to start.
We liked our dinners. My husband had cornish game hen. I had their pasta dish.

Staff was friendly since the moment we walked in. Food was really flavorful. They gave us a complimentary ice cream cookie dessert for our anniversary celebration.

I had one of your best servers, Neal was excellent and I appreciate the best service and he made sure to give it to us. The one draw back that took away from the experience was the noise of kids close by to us. We also were placed in the worst place with the heat of the sun beating down on us for a good hour before the building sheltered us. I recommend you please have more umbrellas for less sun exposure. But the food was excellent and Neal was truly excellent!
Out service was stellar! This wasn’t always the case but Neil was fantastic. Dishes were on point except the swordfish. A bit dry. Poke was amazing, pappardelle pasta, desserts were great and cocktails here never moss a beat. Great experience. One note is that with outdoor only dining, heaters are needed at each table.
Celebrated our 50th Anniversary. Very enjoyable, great service and delicious food. They accommodated our request for a table out of the sun.
Reservation was set for 7:15, didn't get seated until 8:00. I know there's only so many tables available outside, but almost an hour off? Food was fair, at best. Not as good as it was when it first opened, but on the positive side, our drinks were tasty!
my group was sat in the hot sun. less than ideal seating until the sun went down. WH could benefit from more umbrellas. Possibly remove the unused couches and place more tables in that spot.

Not a great night Friday. We had reservations but a table didn’t open up for 45 mins. Not the restaurants fault as limited tables.
However, the piece of swordfish I was served was ridiculous. I’ve never been served a smaller serving. Why don’t you raise the price & make it respectable or beef up the salad? How much is salad, really?
My wife and I don’t really get to go out much since we have three young kids. Willard Hicks was excellent front start to finish, we try and make the most out of date nights and we really appreciate how great our experience was at Willard Hicks.
No shade and direct sunlight. Need more shade or wait until after 6 p.m to eat here. Food good, but didn’t get to finish my food because I was too hot from the sun shining directly on me. They wouldn’t move the umbrella to give me some and I had to hold my hand majority of the time covering my face. Would I can back yes, but not until there’s more shade. So, wear sunblock and a big hat when you come here.
My favorite steak in Morgan Hill now. Wish I asked for more butter on my filet. Will return for sure.
Our waiter was very good. The only issue was that it was a little windy and our table did not have a heat lamp by it.
The food was the absolute worst we’ve ever had from Willard Hicks. I understand COVID and less help but we ordered 3 short ribs and mashed potatoes. It was really old. Definitely reheated, dry, tasteless.
They always have great drinks though. I highly recommend it for drinks and atmosphere once covid is over. They have great food concepts, just need to make sure quality matches the ingenuity!
The hostess was sweet as can be. The food was tasty, beverages were ok. However, I was disappointed with the table service. We were made to wait for a table while having a reservation, we were served water but had to ask for our order to be taken (it wasn’t busy and waited 30-45 minutes) while others were continuously served. Our waitress was short with us and unfriendly, plus I had to grab our utensils myself. It was our first time and I expected so much more 😔 I’d prefer to dine somewhere that makes my friends especially feel welcomed and sadly WH MH just fell short.
Service was good. Food is too expensive for what it is. The swordfish dish is delicious but throw in some veggies. All it is, is a piece of fish with a small salad. I’ve never had so little food at any other restaurant.
So glad to be able to dine there again, even if just outside!
Our waitress didn’t bring kids menus. We had our 3 kids with us. My husband’s drink was incorrect. They weren’t busy at all. And our waitress was never available. Cameron the bus boy helped better than she did. She said she just started 3 weeks ago. But a lot was forgotten. Not ready to attend tables. The kids cookies. We had to ask 3 times about them. We asked for change when we paid. With our $20 bill she have us 2 $10 dollar bills. So, we actually didn’t have a lot to tip her with. Very unprofessional on her part.
Lovely patio friendly staff decent food. It is quite disconcerting that the entire staff were very lax and uninformed about mask wearing. Pretty much no nose cover Nd not our waiter but one of the waiters wore his mask around his neck instead of on his face. Not good if we are going to try and eat out in COVID times
One of my husband's favorite restaurants. Food is great, service is excellent, large drink selection, and for covid19 they have a large patio area that allows the 6ft social distancing. They ask you a set of 3 questions before getting seated and have you scan a QR code for the menu instead of the regular paper menus. All the servers wore masks. Very safe.
Made my reservation on the open table app. When I got there they did not have the reservation. After waiting 15 min. And note It was very hot out they offered us a table in the sun. That was a no go so we left. Bad experience.
First off before going schedule a reservation. Another of people were getting turned away for not having one. When I arrived the safety precautions were great they were also using a digital scan with QR code menu. Drinks were great, as well as the appetizers. Sadly my order came out wrong and was simply corrected. Even then the food was great.
I did not get the guys name that was helping us but he was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our meals the only thing is my pork chop was a little too pink for me. The martini I order was perfect and we loved the butter cake.
