Wildfire is always a great venue for a business meeting. It is generally quiet - at least it isn't noisy - and the wait staff is very considerate of on-going conversations. And the food and drink are always excellent!

I found the food to be very good I love the fact that they put the calorie count. Their salads are huge so a small is more than sufficient. My only issue is the inconsistency in the service. I had Carlos for this particular visit I had to track him down to get a refill on drink twice, I had to track him down to get my order, I had to track him down for my check, I had to track him down to come pick up the credit card for my check. We sat there for a good 5 to 10 minutes before they even took a drink order

Wonderful birthday dinner. Love that they have a real kids menu...not many steak houses do anymore.

The crab cake sandwich we had at dinner was generous and delicious. As was the Door County cherry pie. Yum!

The food and atmosphere were excellent! The server forgot to put in one of our side orders and we were almost done with the meal by the time it came. Our bill was $57. I gave the server our credit card and when I got it back the charge showed as $453! She had paid for another table's check with our credit card. She quickly voided that transaction and corrected it. She was very apologetic. Overall it was a good experience though and I will be back.

The large eating area in the front is more like a cafeteria, the noise level is high from other patrons but also from staff lugging around large plastic bins for dirty dishes. One large bin was placed directly behind my head while the staff member was loading the dirty dishes from an adjacent booth.

I used to come to the restaurant a lot but over time I found myself going less and less there. I forgot why and so I tried going again for brunch and it was a terrible experience.

It took 15 minutes for the server to get our order and another 20 minutes for him to bring a glass of water and coke. No refills on drinks and never came back to check on us. Food took another 45 minutes and the restaurant was empty. Finally, after asking for the manager (Emily), the food arrived. Here’s the rub, the food was great. Our service was so terrible given that the restaurant was empty and the hostesses and servers were sitting around telling jokes and laughing half the time. I don’t know if the restaurant has changed ownership or management, but something has drastically gone wrong here.

My name is still in a plaque on the wall there because I used to eat here so often. If you look back, I’ve written great reviews of this place so long ago. The service and management has gotten so bad that I will never eat here again. What a fall from grace for what used to be a great restaurant.

We don't get to Wildfire enough, but we always enjoy it. Raul provided very efficient service without being interruptive. The food was delicious and the wine suggestion for the fish was on target. Thanks to all.

Wehad a group of 6 people who meet for lunch quarterly. This was our first time meeting at Wildfire. It was a good choice. A good menu, good food and good service.

The food was excellent, and Sandra, our server (Table 104) was outstanding. She made helpful menu suggestions, told us the history of the restaurant, and identified other restaurants in the chain. She also explained the rewards program and got us signed up. We will definitely return there.

For the most part everyone enjoyed the restaurant and their food. We did feel there was a lack of attentiveness to refill water glasses, drinks. The cedar plank salmon didn’t live up to my expectations. I’d had beef the night before and therefore didn’t order steak. Others in our party thought the steak dishes they ordered were quite good.

Food was delicious as usual! The steak was prepared exactly the way I asked. Only issue was that service was a little slow. I’m not sure if that’s the usual for bust Saturday night?

We had dinner with another couple & enjoyed our meal. My husband really like his short ribs. I had the filet mignon. It was cooked just right & was very good. I do wish I'd asked if I could have gotten a side of Bernaise Sauce. For dessert had the chocolate pie - it was the perfect end to our meal.

Five of us had lunch on a recent Sunday. The restaurant was not crowded. Drinks, appetizers and ambience were excellent. Two of us had the blackened steak sandwich with fries. The steak was excellent but the rolls were soggy, they should substitute a more firm French bread or similar. Fries were fair at best. Not crisp as they should have been but on the soft side. Not to my liking. One diner had Caesar salad with grilled salmon. The salmon was overcooked and on the dry side. The "side" of Caesar dressing did not get past a quick taste. Flavored mayo is flavored mayo. Two other lunches, which I believe were from the brunch menu, were OK. Desserts were excellent. The server, Oscar M., did a great job. Will we try again? Maybe. If asked I'd say the restaurant is "so-so."

As much as I love dining at wildfire and the LEY reward program, the one thing their dining experience lacks is consistency. I ordered their classic breakfast. My waiter made sure to convey my requests - well done bacon, wheat toast and eggs over easy (which is what's described in the menu). First the bacons were well underdone, which my server had to take back and then I did not realize until few minutes later that they brought out sourdough toast as well - waiter had to get that replaced, too. When the bacons came back, they were pretty much burned and I had them anyway as I didn't want to wait any longer to have my meal. One of the three eggs were cooked eggs over medium with the yolk breaking in the process. I didn't want to ask to have eggs redone again as the mistakes from the kitchen were out of his control.

I'll emphasize again that service provided by my waiter was 5-stars. What a way to ruin an otherwise great dining experience.</
