Hard to describe - everything about the food order was wrong, meat raw, potatoes cold, items missing, water refill requested and forgotten - BUT, the waitperson was new, it was the day after the busiest day there in years, and everyone was friendly, polite, comped the food portion of the total. So, WOW it was awful but it won't deter me from going back because management saw the issues and took care of everything.

Our waiter would not make eye contact with the women at the table and refused to hand the check to a woman. We were not impressed at all. In fact, we found him to be rude and offensive.

Had a 8 PM reservation, had to wait 20 minutes for the table, which was ok, waiter was extremely robotic and non energetic when he came to the table, next time just record an introduction and place it at the table or actually use a robot who will probably show some level of appreciation. We had the Thanksgiving family style, which seemed nice, salad was awesome, but the main meal was very, very average. Sides were ok, but the beef and salmon seemed like they had been prepared hours ago and were probably equal to what would be served at some cheap diner. Also next time just let over tired waiter go home, they and their customers would appreciate it. Went to Maggiano's the following night and paid about half, for better service and better food. Finally, they charged a 3% surcharge for something that was not identified, should have taken it off the waiter's tip but still gave the comatose guy 18%, more than he obviously deserved. Won't make the mistake again to pay for overpriced food and service at Wildfire.

Thanksgiving celebration. The restaurant overbooked which resulted in nearly an hour long wait to be seated, poor service probably due to the staff being overwhelmed, bad table, very small servings and poorly made stuffing, turkey, sweet potatoes casserole and salad. I have eaten at this restaurant on Thanksgiving day for many years. This is the first time I had such a bad experience .

Before I go on a rant, Thank you Eric for trying to make things right….it was Thanksgiving Day and we eat out every year so I wasn’t upset with the crowd. However, when you make a reservation it’s so restaurants don’t overbook and your table is reserved, or so I thought. When we arrived it was packed. My reservation was at 6:30pm for 5 guest. We arrived at 6:20pm. After standing in front of the hostess table for 10min I finally asked the young man behind the counter if he was going to acknowledge me? Several people came up to ask about being seated but not once did he say “I’ll be right with you”, “Do you have a reservation”, or any of the normal greetings from a hostess. Strike 1! He did take my name and said it was a 20-30min wait. Strike 2!! Next they seated the family who checked in after us, before us. Strike 3!!! At this point I’m looking for other restaurant availability but really wanted to eat here since I come to this mall all the time but my kids choose Cheesecake Factory or the Italian spot over Wildfire. Finally we are seated after 7pm, just to get to the table and find dirty glasses and utensils. The waitress got upset because we complained about that and didn’t come back to wait on us for 10mins. We left and went to “The Palm” who had a last minute reservation, didn’t charge extra, they were very pleasant, and we weren’t subjected to only a Thanksgiving menu. In conclusion, if you want to try Wildfire, do it on a Tuesday or Wednesday when there isn’t a holiday involved.

Had a thanksgiving dinner reservation for 6:15pm - had to wait an hour to be seated. Once seated, service was extremely slow, and we felt like our server forgot about us on several occasions. We had thanksgiving dinner here 4 years ago, which was a totally different experience, which is why we came back. We won’t be coming back again after this. Very disappointed.

After great experiences in 2018 & 2019 we decided to once again return to Wildfire for Thanksgiving dinner. That was a mistake. We had reservations for 6:00. Hostess stand was complete chaos. We were told there was a 30 plus minute wait. Ok…You couldn’t hear names being called. After 30 minutes my husband went up to check with the host and all of the sudden a table was available. A table that was in a small room next to a door, so throughout the meal diners and wait staff nearly ran into our table. The table had no silverware when we got there and the waiter seemed disgusted we sat down. Our chairs were literally touching the table next to us. A draft went across our laps all evening. Definitely not an upscale experience. I’m not even sure what our waiter’s name was as he had a mask on and we only heard a mumble all night. I have no problem with a mask, but I couldn’t tell you much of what he said. Like others said it was a huge disappointment. Portions were smaller and they tried to rush us through the meal and then we sat and sat waiting for dessert to arrive. The elevators were broken so you had to deal with a traffic jam to get from our table to the restrooms. Once you got to the restrooms they were as chaotic as the rest of the restrooms with no toilet paper in any of the stalls. For $64.95 a person, I would not recommend. It’s almost like they forgot how to host Thanksgiving after two years of COVID.

We had a reservation for Thanksgiving that not only did we confirm on Open Table, but needed to guarantee with a credit card. Our reservation was for 6 pm & when we arrived it was mayhem. It took nearly 10 mins to check in, only to be told that the wait was 30-40 mins. I felt like I was living out a Seinfeld episode about understanding what a reservation means. Management appeared to be incompetent at handling the amount of diners, turning over tables & being

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving Dinner (as always). I made reservations for 5, then my niece which is in the Army and was stationed in Korea surprisingly appeared to visit us and I couldn't change the reservation so late. However, everything worked out beautifully. Thanks Wildfire for accommodating us. Everything was absolutely delicious. We woke up Friday morning to work off the good food 😋

It was for Thanksgiving. The food was terrible and our server was awful. When the cornbread and mashed potatoes are the only decent thing to eat, and it was $65 per person, it was underwhelming and will not go back.

The Thanksgiving fixed-price meal was excellent - salads were fresh, turkey/dressing/gravy were moist, tenderloin of beef was tender (although a little rare for my taste), and the sweet potato/pecan casserole was quite tasty. The cherry and maple pecan pies were superb! Portions were huge - enough for another meal at home! Service was spotty - slow at first (the restaurant was crowded, so we gave our server some grace), but then once the food started being delivered, it was delivered too fast. We had barely started eating our salads when the entrees and sides arrived, so we sent them back. When they arrived the second time, the entrees were warm, not hot. We had to wait a LONG time to get our check, even after we had asked for it. Overall, it was a good experience. Wildfire's food rarely disappoints.

My wife were overdue to return to Wildfire and chose to enjoy our Thanksgiving feast there with two good friends. We reserved a booth in the bar for the four of us at 2pm and the restaurant was packed. The staff under the direction of GM Clay performed outstandingly. The Thanksgiving menu choices were classic, delicious, and ample, with two boxes of leftovers to take home. Our server Raul did a great job on what had to be a stressful and super-busy holiday. Wildfire got it right, we were delighted with our decision to spend Thanksgiving there with friends, and we look forward to our next visit in the near future. Shout out to Clay and his staff at Wildfire in Tysons Galleria!

Nice Thanksgiving dinner, beef excellent turkey very good. Sides 👍 desserts we chose cherry & pecan pie delicious. Very relaxing meal we did not feel rushed in spite of the restaurant being packed. The only disappointment was that the veggie appetizer plate poor quality not an auspicious beginning but things did get better. Really nice cocktails.

We were seated near the open kitchen on thanksgiving and the noise was unbearable. We had planned to have conversation over the meal, but at a table of 8, one end could not hear the other. We loved the food and the server was excellent, but the noise level made this one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Last year, also on Thanksgiving, we were in a side room and the noise level was perfect for conversation. We returned this year expecting the same treatment, and have already decided to go somewhere else next thanksgiving.

We always love coming to this restaurant. We travel a half hour and don’t ever regret it. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and everything was perfect . The warm cornbread is always delicious. Our meals - all filets were tender and cooked perfectly. My kids always get the crusted topping. The mushrooms are soooo good. The sides are all good. Just wish they would bring back the rice!! Please consider that! The Wildfire salad is a must order! We get the large and share. All the ingredients in this salad make the salad sensational! The desserts are yummy as well. Can’t go wrong with whatever you decide on. We will be back soon. As a tradition each year we go Christmas shopping at Tyson’s and dinner at Wildfire! See it soon!
