Our family loves Wildfire for its excellent food, atmosphere and value. We keep coming back for family gatherings.
Always wonderful from start to finish!! Service was on the money at all times! Drinks were perfect and food was hot, cooked to perfection and tasted incredible!
We had a great time, as always. We ordered the chopped salad. The dessert we ordered (chocolate cake and key lime pie) wasn't very good. But the main course was on point.
Best waiter we have had at Wildfire. The drinks and food were spot on this time !! Great evening.
A great dining experience! Wildfire has become our family's go-to for special occations and treats. The food was excellent once again. It was great to see the dining rooms hopping with customers, as before the shutdown. Keep up the good work.
Described well, as a throw-back to 1940s diningrooms -- old school, but well-prepared meals. Pricey, but fit the flex of our family-- young/old/in-between, gluten-free, full bar and not. The wait for the order was a bit long-- but not extraordinary. Easy parking within proximity to Sax. Would go there again -- but not often, given the ticket$.
Great experience! The macadamia nut halibut was delicious!!
The Horseradish encrusted Filet Mignon was delicious. It really had a good bite to it with the horseradish mayo sauce, too. The creamed spinach was very tasty, but the best was the Thursday night special, Short Ribs. It was cooked to perfection and the flavor was excellent. The buffalo meatball appetizer was really good. They were in a tasty marinara sauce and they melted in your mouth. I'm not a fan of cornbread, but it was free. :-) it was sweet and had actual corn pieces in the moist cake like cubes. I would definitely go back to try other items like the Bourbon Filet Tips or the Filet Mignon trio with 3 different toppings.
We used to go to Wildfire fairly often but stopped when the service and food quality deteriorated. We have gone back twice in the last month and have been very pleasantly surprised by the significant and positive improvement in both food quality and service. Went there last evening (7/28), sat in a booth in the lounge. My wife had her usual bison burger with a side Ceaser and I had the horseradish crusted filet. My wife loved the burger and I loved the steak. I also had the side sized Kale salad (my favorite). Service was great from the hostess, bartender who took our order, and the gentlemen who brought us bread. We may become regulars once again.
We eat here often and always love the food and service. To ight however our service was lacking a bit. Usually the servers are personable and friendly and attentive to refills and needs. This server was not. Maybe he was having a bad day so we will be back.
Great food, friendly staff, and it's one of my favorite places to dine.
Not the same Wildfire. It's been over a year since we dined at Wildfire and had looked forward to some of our favorite items including the apple pie. Unfortunately, that isn't in the menu anymore. Instead we had a mediocre blueberry pie. Even the salad & sides were different. My husband did enjoy his steak. Don't know if we will dine there again.
The food was delicious and we had a delightful waiter!
Another evening of great cocktails and delicious dinner. As usual, the service provided by Abraham was outstanding!
This was my first visit to Wildfire in approximately 18 months. It was great to return. Like many businesses, Wildfire has been affected by the pandemic. In spite of the pandemic, it was great to be back, and I look forward to future visits.
Best salad I have had in a long time. Need more veggie apps.
The service was excellent, reservation went smoothly, the salmon was a little bit overcooked and dry and the steak tips was okay
Great celebration meal with the whole family! Great service!
The entire visit was awesome and the waiter was friendly.
I will definitely visit again.
We used to big fans of Wildfire but this latest visit was a big disappointment. The waiter throughout tried to upsell us on every dish on every course. Our calamari appetizer was overly greasy. Our main courses - filet mignons - were bland and forgettable. They arrived swimming in their cooking juices on a big plate which was unappetizing and poorly presented. The French fries were super greasy and soggy. And the blueberry pie had undercooked crust. Also, I had ordered a petite filet but it was billed as a full one and required us to ask for a modified bill (which they did modify.) Finally, a couple at the neighboring table brought in a dog which they fed from the table! No one said anything to them and the staff seemed unconcerned even though the state law doesn’t allow dogs in restaurant indoors! Overall, we were deeply disappointed, given how much we enjoy the food and service here in the past.
We went for our 2nd wedding anniversary. Our waiter, Kalani, read the reservation notes and wished us a happy anniversary! So nice! Great to be able to go to Wildfire after ordering on Uber Eats through COVID!
Service and food were outstanding and great portion sizes. Raul our server was awesome and attentive.
My husband birthday
Bison meatballs were amazing and the short ribs were so tender.
Great atmosphere along with excellent food and service!
Service was OK the manager was supposed to bring us ice tea and totally forgot about us and then the waiter also totally forgot about us and I felt like we had to ask for ice tea many times from different servers and was ignored
Enjoyable lunch. Restaurant easily accessible from parking.
Our appetizers came in a little bit late, and our Steaks (Main/Entrée meal) came with the wrong temperature!
We explicitly requested Medium-Well steak & Medium-Rare steak, but when the food arrived, all steaks were cooked as Well-done (Very Dry)!! -- We didn't return the dishes, because we were very hungry and didn't want to wait yet another 15-20 minutes for replacements, but we made sure to let our waiter know, and asked him to inform the chef.
Great dinner and waiter was very attentive. Did not interfer with our business discussions.
Billing itself as a jazz infused 40s style chophouse, we were expecting a little more on the ambience side. Like most chain style restaurants, the seating is arranged to maximize capacity. This means the noise level, while not terrible, is simply too high to hear any music, which dulls the ability for the restaurant to distinguish itself. That being said, the food was uniformly excellent. We asked for medium cook on the pork chops which meant they turned out absolutely perfect. The salmon was a little overdone but this is often the case in all less expensive places in the Mid-Atlantic. All the sides were delicious as well, and the service was very fast. (Almost too fast, in that it seemed less welcome to linger and chat with our friends.) The portions are enormous and we all took home half our meals. All in all it was a very good experience and we would return any time for a fantastic meal.
Great food and even better service
The Maitre’d didn’t check me in and I received notices from Open Table that I did not show up nor cancel my reservation. That is NOT the case. Please correct your records.
Very good. Love their food. Always good service. Will continue to be a regular at this restaurant
Fantastic! Thankful that you all are great with our food allergies. Thank you!!
Birthday celebration ruined by poor and rude service and cheapness.
Once someone was found to take our order and bring us water everything went smoothly. We understand the lack of restaurant help so we just had to ask for service and then all was great!
I do have to say the table is much too high- I felt like a child at a restaurant table. We all commented on that. Maybe that particular table was built for basketball players.
The mixed drinks were completely wrong. They came out green not grey like a stormy night. The taste was completely off and the bartender didn’t sugar the glass rims. My barbecue ribs were over cooked/very dry. The potatoes came out cold. Not the food I’m used to at this restaurant. I’m going to give this place a break for awhile and go elsewhere.
It was so good to be back at my favorite restaurant after nearly a year and a half of pandemic stay-at-home. It was good as always Great burger! Thanks especially to our server Luis for his warm welcome, excellent service, and good humor!
Celebrated a birthday and the staff surprised us with a nice slice of cake and a candle!
As always, the food was delicious, service was exceptional and the atmosphere quiet and inviting for good conversation. Thank you Wildfire for being consistently wonderful.
