Our Birthday Dinner was suuuuuperb!!!!!Everything was on point. The manager & the young lady who attended to us were every bit of professional & an absolute delight. My wife took her colleague for lunch here for her birthday. They loved their ribs along with service. It was a pleasure to see Jody here today as well. Look forward to our next visit

Unfortuately, the night was ruined for us (and i think it would be safe to say other dinner guests) with a large, loud, overcrowded “networking” event scheduled during the last night of Winterlicious. This event was so crowded you could not even go to the bathroom without rubbing against about 30 people. You could see other dinner guests were uncomfortable. The restaurant decor was really cool with good food but this event really hurt the dining experience.

Very bad choice by Hotel/Restaurant management to host that event during Winterlicious in our opinion.

we were not aware and was quite surprised that a dating event was held at the same night at dinner time when they have no space to accommodate their attendees. They were mingling and leaning on our chairs, using our table to place their drinks, and noise level increased phenomenally - overall pretty bad experience and definitely bad arrangement on the restaurant's part. Will not return if things do not improve because my experience there is key...

I would have given a 5 star if the manager didn’t come over to our table and ask if we were leaving soon since there were people waiting 20mins for a table. We had paid the bill and were lingering a bit but I was taken aback especially since we made reservation and wasn’t told there was a seating limit - very tacky for such a classy place

Service was excellent. The restaurant in error had cancelled ,y open table reservation even though we were there, when I sae the message on my phone and mentioned it to the them the manager (Jamie) apologized and fixed it right away.
Food was very good although the steak was not the most tender but it was tasty.

All around good meal. Portions got it exactly correct/excellent but maybe an appetizer was then a bit mediocre. Service was good, nice quiet atmosphere where you can talk with your dining party. Deserts were excellent but a bit hard to eat out of the baking wax paper like mold. Would be better if they pulled this off before serving. Would go back.

Viv was amazing! The food was great, and ambiance was good. If I could have given the service 20 stars, I would have. Our waiter was great, but the General Manager was outstanding. He frequently went to tables to see how the guests were doing, he helped with my request and was just so nice (not just to paying customers, but also his own staff).

Winterlicious Menu had a lot of variety. The portions were large also. I think they could add cocktails or drinks to the Winterlicious Menu for pairing or offerings that are additional to the price for the meal. The restaurant is quite small with only a limited number of tables. Very quaint but modern design. Service was great with wait staff coming often to check on us.

It is just average. The chicken picatta with pesto capellini was delicious but the rest of the menu was boring. The seating is ackward to get into. The service was attentive

Our experience was amazing. Friendly staff, bartenders make great on point drinks. The food was one of the best I have had in a long long time. One small suggestion, maybe turn down the music just a notch. Hard to have a conversation when trying to talk over the music. But would definitely go back and recommend. Having this winterlicous experience was great, got to find this little quaint restaurant! Reminded me of Europe.

I went there for a winterlicious date. It’s a nice intimate place. Everyone was friendly, and I believe it may have been the manager or owner, came over to ask how the meal and service was. The service was good, and there was promptness and attentiveness. We definitely felt the value was there in the food we ordered as well!

Service was terrible- waitress hurried us through our order and then it took over an hour for our salad appetizers to come out. We then had our mains brought out on super hot plates - so sat under the heat lamps for way too long. Our meal noted mushrooms on the menu so when we said yes to the waitresses question asking if we want mushrooms we assumed it was simple the ones that came with the meal. Inside we found a charge of $24 for “extra mushrooms”. Not impressed and will not go back

Loved everything about the winterlicious experience- I just wished they upfront tell you that the sparkling water is extra. I didn’t even get the chance to ask for regular water before the sparkling one was poured.

BUT besides this - the food is phenomenal, the manager is extremely helpful and we all felt like valued guest. Would come back for sure :)

Went for winterlclious. Food and cocktails were excellent. Just felt a bit rushed with the service, which is often the case during winterlicious.

We selected Viv based on a rigorous process crossreferencing locations, Yelp rating and Winterlicious menu. Cosmo came up on top with a balanced selection between fancy and familiar.
The service was excellent, the reservation and confirmation process, the welcome, the table service. Everyone polite and helpful.
The restaurant had an eclectic underground look, we liked it. It wasn't silent but wasn't hard to query a conversation.
Food was even better than we expected. From the spinach salad to the salty caramel cheesecake we enjoyed every bite.
I was a bit disappointed in the non alcoholic drink selection. They didn't have ginger beer nor rootbeer settled for a ginger ale.
I don't know their regular prices, the three course dinner menu was in the mid tier (43CAD).

Great location! Beautiful and great ambiance. Service was great and drinks were worth the price. It’s just sad that it wasn’t busy so the vibe was quiet. Was very impressed with the professionalism of the manager.

The dining area was quiet enough to have a business conversation at an audio level that was comfortable for all guests attending. Ambiance was amazing and staff were very attentive. Will add this to my short list for business lunchtime destinations.

Very nicely renovated, footprint remains the same as Wildfire Steak house, but aesthetically updated. Good service and food was perfect. Note: WC is upstairs outside of restaurant... a bit odd.

Fantastic service and food was real good. I had the carpaccio and tuna so my raw food was fantastic. My wife had the steak done to perfection and flavouful.

Everything about the new renovations are sooo beautiful. I’ve been 4 times when it was The Wildfire. Beautiful place, but not as beautiful as now. I love it. Food is always beyond great. Just wish they would be bring those delicious fries back. Thank you for having me in such a beautiful restaurant.

Our family and friends have been to Wildfire Steakhouse for a number of years now and it remains one of our favourite steakhouse. Everything from the quality of the foods to the hospitality and ambience.

Possibly recommend, service very good, new location so needs to grow, food was ok not great

Went for the grilled calamari to be told it’s not on the menu anymore So ordered the carpaccio which was alright nothing fancy for the over priced app. Arugula salad was wet when dressed with their dressing and so very soggy in plate The tiger shrimp with citrus salsa was frozen peeled shrimp with jarred store bought seafood sauce again way over priced and the shrimp tasted like freezer burn My friend had a steak which was cooked unevenly with seasonal veggies that looked like the frozen bagged veggies from the store. Thoroughly disappointed would not go back and definitely never recommend

Great food but wish it would have had more energy. I understand that there is construction and the restaurant has been recently remodeled but the lack of energy from the staff was somewhat disappointing.

Good service, nice atmosphere. Shrimp cocktail was a hit, as was tuna main and bbq chicken. Filet ranked below the keg and hamburger,given that it was made in house, was over cooked (ordered medium rare, came well done). There was also a lot of grizzle. I did appreciate the time the server spent on the order (no garlic please) but the kitchen did not deliver. So, good marks for service, 4/6 for food. Loved the Q Water.

This place and location are great. They are very accommodating and the food is delicious. Great for date nights. Very expensive but worth the cost.
