Expected better. Onion soup was good. Steak, vegetables and potatoes were only OK. Found that excessive salt overwhelmed everything. I've had a better experience at Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, etc. for a more moderate cost.

My wife & I go to restaurants very often and by far this is the best one where we were able to get all of our favourites. Lamb , steak , lobster & oysters! Crab legs would be a great addition! After our daughter was recently born its been a bit difficult trying to find restaurants that are really nice but arent "too quiet" just incase she decides she wants to let out a cry . The seating was perfect , private and cozy. The food was amazing. One suggestion would be to add the seasoning of the way the meats are cooked . For example the lamb chops " rosemary garlic herb " or if its steak sometimes its mentioned if there is roasted garlic or blue cheese ontop. I think it would be helpful to customers. We did not really enjoy the seasoning on the lamb (again we did not know what it was seasoned with. Normally you get a rosemary lamb so thats what we thought it would be but it was different and tasted like there might have been mustard or horseradish? Not sure but it wasnt bad it just wasnt favoured however , the steak was perfect. All in all we enjoyed everything and will be back!

Wonderful dinner - they have a $99.00 special that includes a 5 course dinner. The chefs are amazing, beautiful presentation and the food is absolutely amazing. We had the steak and shirt rib. Cooked to perfection. Our server Elizabeth was funny, helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be back.

We've been to this establishment a couple years ago and enjoyed it! Unfortunately this time round the experience wasn't as good. The appetizers were very average but palatable. Sadly the New York strip loin steaks weren't as tender as our previous visit. Our guests also mentioned that their steaks were tough and chewy. Even with the discounted price through a restaurant voucher I would not recommend Wildfire. Perhaps the owner or restaurant manager will read this and reach out to me.

We are “regulars” at Wildfire. The quality of food and service never disappoint. The soup of the evening (roasted red pepper) was an excellent recommendation, and the steak was prepared perfectly. Sarah was an excellent hostess. We will definitely return.

Dinner was absolutely great here, It was quiet,the waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable,and the food was fantastic. I will definitely eat here again.

We usually go in Niagara every 2-3 months and have dine everywhere, from Reds, Keg, Casa Mia, Prime, STK, Winkeller, Strada etc, but this time we decide to check something out of the strip and very fine dining. We decided to give it a try at Wildfire. Very skeptic when we arrived, but -as soon as we got inside the ambient was very nice and clean. Lighting and seating area might need a touch upgrade. Food was fantastic!! Mussel and oysters delicious Pork chops and salmon melting and very tasty. Sarah the manager was fantastic. One flow…. Pls upgrade espresso quality. We definitely will come back here.
