Food was great, service was great, ambiance was nice, noise level was low allowing for great conversations .
Would go back and have already recommended it to someone. It's a nice new place to go in Beaverton.
The food and wine were amazing, the service was good and I can see it getting even better as the flow improves with this new opening. But the price was expensive for dinner options, however we found that the happy hour offered several amazing choices even the same size services but way more reasonable pricing. I have been for dinner now twice and happy hour twice and will continue to visit this location but probably more on the happy hour side.
I went with my family for dinner and we made a good choice! This place has a pretty sweet kids menu for super cheap and my Fish tacos were so good that I regretted not ordering more. My boyfriend went with calamari and a chowder and he was very happy with it....so overall really good and fairly priced.
Service was good. Food was ok, not a lot of flavor. Had the Alaskan crab stuffed sole. Didn't have an appetizer, but there were a few that sounded like they would be good. Will give it another try and hope for more seasoning next time.
Calimari and mac ‘n cheese: excellent!
Scampi and scallops: excellent!
Steak: no flavor at all.
Overall we had a vey nice evening with excellent service.
Only complaint, all dishes were served lukewarm. We will be back!
way overpriced for the amount you get
seafood grill was a TINY salmon filet , 3 TINY potatoes
6 shrimp and 6 scallops with 2 TINY carrots for $30
wont ever go there again
The energy of the place was off and the staff seemed flustered. Waiter didn’t go over specials, decor kind of resembled the IKEA dining hall, music was so low and the restaurant itself was oddly loud.
I had the “shrimp and grits” which was so oily Texaco should invest stock in the recipe. The “grits” were not prepared right and had a repulsive over-mushy texture. I grew up eating shrimp and grits and this poor excuse for that dish should be thrown so far off the menu. Especially for $26.
Husband had the stuffed cod and I’ve had better fish from a frozen box. The fish was absolutely fresh-frozen and not prepped properly. The fish was watery, mushy, and lacking any sort of texture. Sloppily thrown on a plate with a cream sauce that was separating.
The worst, most expensive meal I’ve had in ages. Either lower the prices or raise your standards. Will not be returning.
The prices were to high for the quality of food. $25 for fish and chips. Basically a piece of deep fried cod. I liked our server however slow at getting a glass of wine and dinnee.
Food and menu was very good. Fish was very fresh. Service was not so great, water ran out several times, we had to pour our own wine bottle all night, just generally not aware of our table. This was surprising given that it wasn’t that busy. The tables are very cheap and seating uncomfortable given the quality of the food and menu.
They have the best Old Fashioned ever. This is my third time there and has never disappointed me. All our meals were very good and had fantastic service.
Poor hostess service. Empty restaurant but they seated us next to a family of 3 that crowded our table with their belongings. So we moved ourselves only to have them seat another party of 4 right next to us. Counted 12 other tables on the floor that were empty. Food was ok. Nothing great. Bar was full but the dining section was empty at 5:30 on a Friday. If I wanted to be elbow to elbow I would have sat in the bar. Not sure we’ll be back. Very disappointing.
The food was beyond my expectations. This is a definite must for anyone looking to try somewhere new and you’re in the neighborhood.
Quickly becoming a favorite! Their food is pretty incredible - I had the cod stuffed with snow crab. This is an amazing dish...the flavors are perfection! I was so sad as I really wanted to try the bananas foster bread pudding but I was their last guest and the kitchen had already tossed the sauce for it out. But the bartender was so sweet saying it was on him the next time. Its about time we got a wonderful seafood spot in Beaverton!
Noisy. Not that many seafood options on the menu. They couldn't serve me the Frittata because the chef had left for a family emergency. Service was fairly fast. Great appetizer.
The food was delicious! My husband had the seafood fettuccine and it had plenty of sauce and seafood. I had the house burger which was fantastic. I liked the idea they put fresh pickled veggies to the side of the burger. Fries and onions just right. The atmosphere was industrial with dark colors, not our taste. George, our waiter, had the greatest attitude and smile. Will come back.
The food is good, but the halibut was overpriced for the size. We went for a date night, but they sat a loud family next to us. My husband felt that wasn't cool. So, in conclusion, I wouldn't go on a date night, but fine for a nice meal with your family.
The salad with pear and blue cheese was wonderful. The Alfredo was filled with seafood - clams, shrimp, fish. The portion was quite large. I had a Wildfin Chardonnay that was very tasty. Not sure why they asked about the occasion, as all they did was say "Happy ...". It was noisy and hard to hear what the waitress was saying, but we will definitely be back again.
We’ve been here a few times and find the food to be consistently good, but the service hit and miss, ranging from excellent (visit before last) to borderline poor (last visit). The server who gave us excellent service a few weeks ago saved our visit last night by stepping in when our server seemingly had forgotten about us. I hope they can find their stride and get to a consistent service level.
Excellent service. The food was fantastic. There were six in our party and we all ordered something different. Highly recommend. Next time I want to try the Bloody Mary bar!
Food was too salty- requests for meal not delivered
Request George! He’s great and made a recommendation about changing the fries to the mashed potatoes and that literally elevated the flavor! Going back for more
We had a wonderful meal for my birthday, at the Vancouver venue.
We have been raving to anyone who would listen.
We were so excited for the meal Saturday, we brought another couple with us.
We were very disappointed with all of it. My husband had fish and chips (the same meal my mom had in Vancouver) Dan's was nothing like Vancouver. My mom was lightly breaded, with a wonderful coleslaw. My husband's had a thick breading and only red cabbage for the coleslaw. The fish was way over cooked. We have to get back to our friends before they eat there.
We have all worked in the business, not good when restaurants are that different. Food and service should be consistent!!!!
So disappointed. Barbara Garbarino
It was fantastic ... great service! We will be back.
This was our first time at WildFin. We enjoyed eating outside! The food was fantastic! Very good steak! I have been looking for a top place for steak locally, I found it! Thank you!
The food was fantastic and the portions made it a great value as well
Very good food, excellent menu, a little noisy. Fairly priced with good portions.
We enjoy this place a lot. Like that the atmosphere is lively and that a great place for all ages. So few good restaurants in Beaverton and NW Washington county
Open with crumbs on my uncomfortable chair. Slow service with inadequate communication follows. As the warehouse-like space fills up, the noise level makes shouting necessary. You pay extra for bread, which turns out to be a small loaf -- more than either of us wanted, or could finish. It seemed to be potato bread (?) with scoops of chive butter (makes sense) and fig butter (makes no sense). Mixed seafood grill entree was pretty to look at, but preparation and flavors were not up to the price: adequate scallops on bland avocado basil lime verde; indifferent prawns on slightly blackened but essentially raw carrots; dry, flavorless overdone coho salmon I couldn't finish even after I found a server to ask for lemon wedges. This was our second disappointing experience, after a visit during opening week. I felt bad about wasting food and money. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. My husband seemed happier with his food: he ordered his salmon rare, and it came medium rare.
Food was amazing! Drinks were okay. Server was okay
Food was just OK in my humble opinion. We ordered the appetizer tower which had 3 items: garlic shrimp (average), a salmon spread (average) and fried calamari (excellent). My wife ordered 3 tacos (shrimp, salmon and beef) of which she only liked the shrimp. I order a sear tuna salad which again was on the blend side and perhaps needed more attention to the seasoning. Service was below par in my opinion --our waiter was very hard to find through out our dinner and at the end we even had to as one of the bus person for our check. I really had high expectations given the good ratings in yelp and google but unfortunately left a bit disappointed.
Other than it being a little awkward to remove the tails from the shrimp in the shrimp and grits, dinner was delicious! The seafood chowder was simply luscious, and the desserts were to die for. We will definitely be coming back!
A return visit for my husband and myself. We each ordered something different than first visit. All four meals were delicious. The strawberry quinoa salad and street taco and Parmesan crusted sole were as tasty as the ribeye steak and fresh trout were at our first experience. Destiny served us both times (at our request). Very pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Friendly atmosphere for families, dates and special occasions. Nice to have this restaurant in our Cedar Hills neighborhood.
We had a wonderful dinner with friends! Our waiter, Julian was wonderful! My husband and I are vegan, I'm gluten free, they accommodated us perfectly! We had salads and street taco's with garbanzo beans. We are also not drinking alcohol at this time and they had Kombucha and N/A Kaliber beer. Food was delicious, a great time had by all!
Outstanding food. George our server had great energy. This is the place Beaverton/Hillsboro was needing. The wine bottle pricing is very reasonable for this level of culinary experience
The AC was too high
We ordered 3 plates of Street tacos and they were all cold when the server served them.
I’ve been to WildFin three times now- For lunch, brunch, and dinner. I really want to like it there, but it just isn’t that great. The service is adequate, in that they take your order and bring you food. There is not a lot of follow up after meals are served. That is been consistent on all three visits. For dinner I ordered the wedge salad with steak. The meat was cooked medium rare, as ordered, but the cut was chewy and fatty. There was a large area of gristle, which really turns me off. The salad was ok- rather bland dressing, and rather flavorless blue cheese. Others in our group had fish, which was also rather bland. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
Always great food and service
Great casual place to have a wonderful dinner for any occasion. The food, service and atmosphere were all relaxing and just an overall fun time. Highly recommend as my favorite restaurant in the Portland area.
Won’t be back. They were slow. It took close to one hour to get our salad. The food was ok to bad. The shrimp and scallops in my dish were very undercooked. Sent it back. Took them forever to redo and ended up leaving without ever receiving it
The primo moment for me was biting into the marvelous peach pie❣️
