I typically don’t pay attention to reviews about service. Let me assure you, the service is every bit as poor as what the other reviews mention. We had to go inside and beg for a bill!
They had staff call in at the last minute so the service was really slow. The A/C couldn't keep up with the people in the space. When we finally received it, our food was pretty good. For me, the best thing about the restaurant is that it's 100% gluten free. I'm willing to try it again.
We went on a Sunday which is when they do a brunch buffet. We arrived early for a 2:00 reservation only to find out they would be closing at a 2 for a private event. They were gracious enough to let us in and assured us they would still accommodate us. The rest of my group arrived at 2 at which time the staff tried to turn them away. When the rest of my group revealed they would not be eating so as not to impose, the staff promptly began putting away the buffet despite the fact that my child and I were still eating. We felt very unwelcome and it was clear we were imposing. Despite not being able to enjoy the full buffet, we were still charged full price. Oh & they don't have access to their online reservation system so don't even bother with that. I really wanted to like this place. It's cute & my celiac kid was excited that she could eat anything she wanted. Sadly, we were very let down.
Sat down. Took 15 minutes to get a waiter to our table. Ordered queso, but 20 minutes later...no queso. Asked staff member about queso. He said kitchen was slammed. There were only 15 people there. So, we left. Not sure if the food is good.
The service was so bad we left before we even got our drinks, which never came. Waiter acted like we were a bother. They weren’t that busy. And at 7:00 pm she says they are out of lime juice for a margarita. We ordered another drink and it never came. The bartender was not busy. So we left and went somewhere else.
Love this place, we will be back. We couldn't even tell it was gluten free! They didn't substitute, they reinvent, and even made some dishes better. We walked in not realizing it was 100% Gluten free and honestly ( as someone not gluten intolerant but with loved ones that are ) they knocked it out of the park. I would dine again.
Mother’s Day brunch was lovely. The food was amazing, very high quality for a buffet.
This was probably the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. It took 2 hours to receive our food. We were told that it was because they were busy but there were less then 8 tables being used. The bathrooms were also disgusting. We will not be returning.
Worst restaurant experience ever. The service was terrible followed by awful food that took over an hour to get. My trout turned out to be salmon that was raw on the inside. My husband's chicken fried steak was lacking steak - it was as thin as paper. We both ordered fries that were entirely inedible due to an excessive amount of grease. This was the worst dining experience ever - do NOT go here.
The food was excellent but our server lacked attention to detail. It was my friend’s birthday and we were very excited to try this restaurant. I told the server that we were there to have a birthday celebration and it was also in the reservation request. She said “I’ll see what we can do”. She did nothing. I wouldn’t have minded so much if she hadn’t of said anything about there being a possibility Of something. She got my friend’s hopes up and then didn’t deliver. It was disappointing.
Closed due to computer problems - no advanced notice or email giving me a chance to make other plans. Disappointing and suspicious. Best of luck to them.
Loved Brunch here- delicious Migas with mimosas! We’ll be back for dinner or lunch because the food was excellent and the patios are so cool!
