   We have dined at Wilder several times, and it is always a special experience. The food is exceptional, and the atmosphere is even better. Sam and Veronica, our servers for Sunday brunch, took excellent care of us.

   A truly wonderful dining experience. The setting is spectacular in the rolling green foothills of The Smoky Mountains. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with cozy private booths and sweeping views. The wine list is curated and the menu offers seasonal dishes, expertly prepared. A truly special evening!

   My friends and I had a wonderful brunch at Windy Hill Farm and Preserve. The food was delicious and an outstanding value for the price. The wait staff was very attentive. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely!

   This was our first visit to Windy Hill Farm and Preserve. In short, our experience was excellent. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating. The quality of the meal could not better, and the ambiance was superb. During our lunch, I said to my wife I think we have just found our new favorite restaurant. We will certainly be back and highly recommend others do the same.

   Love the food at Wilder-best Oysters and Pork Belly in Knoxville. Service is always good and the setting is incredible. I highly recommend going early to get a drink from the bar and sit outside to enjoy the view.

   Everything was wonderful!! The cocktails.. perfect ! Service was excellent. The food exceptionally prepared and very delicious, we loved the gluten free options!!! Will definitely return and highly recommend!!
