Wilder's Tasting Menu offers a unique five-course dining experience that delves into the rich cultural flavors of this region, featuring small plates thoughtfully crafted from our seasonal ingredients. $125 per person, with optional wine pairings at $55 per person. Price does not include tax or 20% service fee.

Indulge in our carefully curated selection of wine pairings, cocktails, or locally crafted beers. Dinner service is by reservation Wednesday – Saturday from 5:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.

We had a lovely dinner yesterday evening at Wilder. The service was really attentive and the steak was really delicious. I really enjoyed the carrot cake with the buttermilk ice cream. Will be back again.

We had a wonderful dinner. Not sure what made this “farm to table.” We had 2 starters: quail and buttermilk battered fried oysters. Entrees were flounder and elk chop. Carrot cake for desert. Not much green. And half of the food was clearly not local. That being said, everything was great - service, food, atmosphere… If they changed their menu more often — every month or two, we’d probably go back each time. I liked that my cocktail featured local honey and thyme! I think there is a Tellico Village market for this type of restaurant but it is surprisingly unknown locally. I’m following them on instagram now - where they post a lot - but I’d really like is just a notification when the menu changes so I can book again…

Fantastic first experience! Did the tasting menu for my birthday along with the wine pairings...everything was delicious. Staff was top notch...friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!!

Fantastic! From the roasted sesame seeds on the bread to the sweet peas and fresh tomatoes in the garden salad - we knew we found a gem! The main course didn’t disappoint - rock shrimp and elk plates were delicious. Our server was attentive and very accommodating. We found our special spot! Can’t wait for our next visit!

We went for our 6th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have been more surprised and pleased with the restaurant. It’s located in a beautiful out of the way location (not far away) the service was top notch with a great service and management team that greeted us and provided an amazing experience. The focaccia and cheese as well as fried oyster starters were great. We had 3 separate entrees of flounder, shrimp and elk that were prepared masterfully and perfectly pared with sauces and sides. For desert we had carrot cake, cookie and milk and earl gray ice cream. What an amazing way to end our meal. We also tried a couple signature cocktails that blended great flavors with tasteful spirits. We defiantly plan on returning, anyone reading this review needs to make Wilder and Windy Hill Farm a must try. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. The food and service was top notch. The fish was the star for me. And the sorbet with bubbles. We will be back many times.

Beautiful property with outdoor seating & music. The major drawback was the resort fee that was added to our check. We were not made aware of the fee ahead of time. $55.00 for a party of 4. They are trying to attract locals to the venue and have recently opened up the lunch & brunch to locals. They should consider removing the fee. My husbands dinner came some time after the 1st 3 meals. I had to go inside to find out where it was. Otherwise it was a beautiful evening
