The “Wild” in our name is a nod to the wild yeast we use to prepare our slow-rising sourdough, which serves as the foundation for every pizza we make. Born from a “mother dough” formulated by our executive Chef Tin Vuong, and nurtured by him daily, our sourdough takes days to prepare; and we do it this way for a reason--it simply tastes better. When ready, the sourdough is hand-shaped by our pizzaiolos, topped fresh with local and responsibly-sourced ingredients and then blast-cooked in our wood-burning oven that was built brick-by-brick in Naples, Italy by Stefano Ferrara, a third-generation Neapolitan oven-builder.
I love this place but some how it always seems to disappoint. The management is too busy trying to be friends with everyone that they forget about customer service. Even with reservations we still managed getting the worse table inside. The service was slow and it wasn’t busy at all. It took for ever to get our appetizers and when we got our pizza it was warm-ish. The pizza and food is so good but the staff is what makes this place awful. Not to mention they were blasting classic rock inside while the manager was singing at the The top of his lungs....Which would be totally cool if that were going down at the rainbow room but it was 2pm on Father’s Day and my dad was not stoked. For the cost of their food they need to UP the service.
The only problem with Wildcraft is their service. The food is consistently great, but the service lately has been terrible. They either suffer from really bad management or are completely under staffed. It would make sense if they are under staffed because the servers that are there have attitudes, maybe because they are overworked. On top of it, we were there at 5pm and it was not super busy.
In any case, they need to pay particular attention to the service because it’s making us not want to go back and we really loved it there. I’m certain I’m not the only one who has experienced this.
Took almost 30 minutes to get my drink and no apology from anyone. Mussels tasted old and meaty. Best things were broccolini and pizza.
Neither white wine had any substance. The octopus was super fishy, the burrata pizza tasteless.

They were out of bread, so no sandwiches could be made. Not sure why they wouldn't go to a local baker . In addition, the price is way overpriced for the food quality and quantity. Here you are paying for the location.
Horrible service. My fiancé and i were one of the first ones to order and everyone around us got their food before us. We ordered a pizza like everyone else and the waitress “forgot” to put our order in and kept making excuses. Never coming back even if you gave me a free meal. I hope y’all close down.
Really loud and hard to converse
It is hard to find a place that is not deafening with great food and a pleasant staff. This provided all of that and more. Our guests were vegan. There were many choices for them and we could eat freely with a great choice of dishes. Great experience.
People with food allergies, beware! The restaurant lists items as vegan or vegetarian on their printed menus. However, we were informed by our waiter that several of the items we had requested could not in fact be made vegan or vegetarian, and that the restaurants menus were inaccurate. Such sloppiness and lack of care when serving food puts diners at serious risk.
In general the service and food were terrible. It was clear that they had overbooked parties for dinner and were trying to rush diners. The “risotto” was more like parboiled rice and my friends’ pizza was half cooked and slimy. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths, literally and figuratively. Though it may have once been good, the quality of this establishment currently is terrible. We will not be returning.

Great food and the weather on the patio was nice and cool at sunset. If only the couple next to us weren't loud talkers on an awkward first date, the evening would have been perfect.
The food is really good but the service this night was rather slow. We were celebrating a birthday and they really didn't do anything to help with that so I probably wouldn't recommend it for a birthday celebration in the future (no dessert, barely acknowledged, etc.). Our waiter seemed a little scattered but was friendly. The table they gave us was covered in leaves which was a bit annoying since they were all over our plates/napkins when we sat down. It would have been nice if they had at least tried to clear them before seating us. Otherwise, it was good food and a great spot to go in downtown Culver!
We enjoyed everything about this restaurant. The food, the drinks (great cocktails), and the service were all wonderful.
Had a fine experience for a graduation dinner with family and friends, despite some difficulty with the restaurant arranging a table of 12 for us. This was a touch annoying after having had the reservation in place for a month and a half. Once that minor hiccup was sorted out, we had a wonderful experience. Great food, no problem with bringing our own wine for a modest corkage fee. Try the garlic knots!
Our first choice patio was packed so we sat inside...nonetheless a great time was had by all! Food was delicious...especially the Brussel sprouts, bacon/blue cheese pizza and truffle French fries. We had a sweet and patient waiter. Definitely heading back with the work crew!

We've been to Wildcraft a few times already. The pizzas are solid and the pastas are usually cooked well. The squid ink tag was tasty but heavy handed with salt. Shrimp was a tad over but not a big deal, and the dried tomatoes were great in the dish. The green garlic didn't come through in the ricotta cavatelli. The cavatelli themselves were good, but the sauce didn't add much and the dish, overall, was uninspiring. The OG pizza was fine. The fior di latte mozz was undetectable in the pizza and it seemed like a basic cheese/margherita pie. Surprisingly, the grilled octopus came out last and was probably overlooked on the ticket. It was tender as hell and delicious, but the butter beans were undercooked and kinda bland. Pricey for the food, but the server/host was great.

Just okay for Brunch -- French toast was good but a little small in proportion. Italian fried chicken was over-fried, a little too brown. Mimosas were good but the homemade sangria was too filled with fruit sediment. Every sip clogged the straw and gave a mouthful of pulp
Great food and amazing atmosphere. We went for brunch and the food was so yummy :). The bottomless mimosas were definitely worth it and our waitress was super nice. In a great location too
I live in Culver and this is my favorite neighborhood gem. The wood fired pizzas are so legit and the bottomless mimosas for lunch are great!

We walked out. Staff was so rude, they were out of everything, and my sister found dirt in her martini glass. Go to Akasha instead.
Everyone who worked there was nice, accommodating & attentive. Food was excellent.
Was really disappointed in the cocktails. I asked the server twice for a non-sweet cocktail and both times got the exact opposite. Not a great place for allergies either.
Food was too salty and service was unprofessional
I made my reservation through the OpenTable app & did not specify whether we wanted indoor or patio seating, since we were not asked. The host called me 1 hr before our reservation to confirm & asked if it was okay if we were seated inside instead of on the patio, as we requested. I told her we had no requested patio seating & thus were fine with sitting inside since it was raining. When we arrived, the same host seated us on the patio, stating that there was no inside seating. We sat on the heated patio, which was comfortable, but the back-and-forth was so confusing!

Excellent food. Server a bit disinterested and going through the motions. Slow night so noise level was fine. Would definitely go back. Brussels spout side dish, salad and pizzas all excellent.
Wow! What a total surprise. We walked past several "hot" restaurants (meaning still full) at 9:15pm to find WildCraft pretty much empty. We proceeded in and had an incredible meal. The brisket meatballs were amazing (could have been hotter temperature-wise, but delish nonetheless), the truffle mushroom pizza was great - we're crust snobs and this was good - and the Italian fried chicken was a total, and welcome surprise. Highly recommend.

Food was really good. Just a bit overpriced for me personally. The waitor didn't tell us his name and responded with "I don't know I haven't tried it" when a nearby guest asked about something. Wasn't terrible but overall wasn't impressed

Excellent list of beers, fantastic food program with strong emphasis on pizzas ... this time, wonderful tagliatelle with bolognese sauce.
Food excellent but pricey. Service was attentive but waiter did forget the drinks two in our party had ordered. Was able To accommodate our large party on patio. Unfortunately was seated next to partly drunk (obnoxiously loud) large party who couldn’t handle their alcohol, taking in bottomless mimosas. Could barely hear our party’s conversation.
After arriving on time with a reservation for two, they said it would be 45 minutes. Apparently they were over booked. Luckily I was ok with eating at the bar. Drinks were great so we moved on to an appetizer and two entrees. Appetizer took 15 min and then showed up WITH the entrees. Not cool. We sent them back and then I believe they served them to us later. I thought it might be dried out but the fish was great.
