Serving contemporary Australian cuisine that highlights all the best of locally sourced produce. The food was so fresh and delicious. It’s one of the nicest meals I have had in a long time. I had dinner and breakfast here and both times it didn’t disappoint. The customer service is what you would find in the States, so warm, welcoming and friendly. The whole experience was Top Notch.

Absolutely beautiful experience it's our first time dining and will definitely be back. The beautiful young lady who was our waitress was faultless, stunning, polite and her attention to detail was amazing which made our experience extra special - thank you

There's a lot to like: beautiful fitout, gorgeous surrounds, nice food (if not as good as it used to be). But there's also a lot of room to improve. I'd suggest at least one experienced staff member on the floor, less harsh lighting (this never used to be a problem) and most importantly, some actual local wines. Not a single red from Strathbogie Shire, the very one they're located in, seems weird. What the heck is a Rosé from WA doing on here? And with King Valley, Beechworth and the Murray just up the road? These are small tweaks that show diners you're thinking of the one-percenters rather than collecting a cheque. We've been here several times over the years—and even talk it up to out-of-towners—but it's hard to recommend when you have places like Bank St Pizza doing great food and a wine list with far more consideration.

We had a wonderful long lunch on Sunday past. Our entree’s a perfect and fresh start to our lunch. The spatchcock, salmon and pork were amazing. The steak-as previously stated in other reviews-is so so and probably quite overpriced. The Milo damper should have its own award and the cheese cake too-very yummy.

The service, food and outlook at Wild Water, are excellent. Great for a relaxing long lunch with friends or family, would highly recommend. The open fires are great on a cold day.

The food is amazing, the customer service is fabulous, the views are incredible, it's also responsibly priced. What more could you want from a restaurant! We will definitely be coming back.
