Excellent service from wait staff, hostess was very accommodating, food was great, music was too loud and not conducive to dining. Needs to be toned down!

Really like the new Bellevue location, feels more intimate and doesn't get as noisy as the old one. Yummy food, nice portions, good value. We will be back often.

The old location at the Bravern was better. The menu changes are not very vegetarian friendly. Service was not what I was used to at the old location either. Not worth the price especially considering there are so many other options in that area.

The person attending our table was in a hurry to clear our table. Constant interruption by asking if we were done.

Server was very nice, food was a bit disappointing. Although the flavors were all good, the food was Luke warm at best and came at two different times. For the pricing frankly not the best experience. I️ am a big fan of wild ginger but this experience was not one of my best.

It's an average dinning experience, some of the dishes are too sweet to my taste. I wish there are more selections, once we rude out beef there isn't much left.

It was my mothers birthday and the first time she had been to WG. I expected the exceptional service I have received in the past from multiple visits to the Bravern and Downtown Seattle locations. Sadly, this night I did not receive the same. The food although good, would have been better if it arrived at our table hot without such a long wait between dishes.
The pot stickers were chewy and tasted like they were frozen. The Phad Thai was sticky because it was so cool, same with the chicken wings, they were good, but would have been better hot. The only dish that was excellent and came out hot was the Lamb; that was our first dish. The service was lacking. Our server did not exude warmth at all. We felt as though we were a nuisance. My mother who has an injury, apparently was not moving fast enough to sit down while the server was waiting to place our waters on the table. Her attitude matched the annoyed look on her face. I confirmed the reservation by phone, the night before, the hostess asked what was the occasion, I told her my mothers birthday, she said they'd have cake for her. When our dinner concluded and we were on to ordering dessert, the server asked my mother was it her birthday, she said yes and she wished her a happy birthday, we thought she would bring the cake with the other dessert that was ordered. She did not. I then had to go and ask the manager at the front desk to please bring the cake slice, which was so obvious to my mother that's what I was doing, by then the table had indulged in the other dessert, and then the cake slice came out. After the fact. I don't know what's going on at this new location, perhaps, this was a one off night, but whatever it was, it makes me unsure of my desire to return, especially for a special occasion.

My group was disappointed. I have been to the Seattle location several times and love it, but this location is not up to that level. Maybe trying to hit a lower price point??? The Pad Thai was not recognizable as such, but it tasted "ok". The Peking duck was skimpy and didn't even include the tradition green onions. Plus, we had to ask twice to get our full portion of buns for the duck, and one of our party did not get his meal until everyone else was about done. It all was fairly inexpensive and as I said, tasted "ok"....but not great.

We used to go to Wild Ginger often. The waiter said they are "rebranding". The food was tasteless and portions were super small compared to what they used to be.

I brought my boyfriend here to the Dim Sum Sunday Brunch for his birthday and it was awesome! We ordered several little plates: the BBQ port dim sum, sticky rice dim sum, pork & shrimp dim sum and pot stickers. We also shared a pot of tea. It was all tasty. The venue was clean and quiet, the service was excellent and it's conveniently located near Bell Square. We'll be back for the Dim Sum Sunday Brunch again.

Food was amazing and our server was wonderful. The starter Chicken Wings were crispy and flavorful. The perfectly cooked Black Pepper Scallops offered a slight kick but not overpowering; the Indian Butter Chicken was rich in flavor, light in texture, and the chicken was juicy and tender; the Ginger and Garlic Bok Choy was crisp and refreshing!

As for dessert, the ube cheesecake and flan were both great!

Fast, friendly, and courteous service. Our server was very helpful in recommending plates that both complemented the other food we selected and that we could share. All together the dinner was a flavorful, memorable meal. Duck, followed by papaya salad and then beef and rice worked very well togther. We would recommend Wild Ginger and also compliment the service afforded us by Nathan.

I went to Wild Ginger for the first time recently with my mother and sister. I generally avoid Thai food, because my husband and one son have peanut allergies, but they weren't with us, so no worries about allergens. Cocktails were good. We started with the thai spring rolls (very good), followed by the fragrant duck, black pepper prawns, and chicken pad thai. I would order all three again, but the black pepper prawns were my favorite - very flavorful and tender. I could have eaten them all myself! The restaurant was a little noisy, but we were there right at the busiest time on a Saturday evening. Staff was very attentive without being annoying. I will definitely be going back with my other two sons as I know they would love it.

The ambiance is not as good as the old location. The server was quick to say hi but slow to return to even take a drinks order, and then the drinks took forever to come. The service did improve later on, so maybe the server was just busy when we first arrived. The food was excellent as always, but I was disappointed that the new menu has very few vegetarian options.

I used to love their food but it was flavorless . The staple veggie rolls tasted bland, the seven flavor beef was too salty and the ahi balls were weird. They included small balls of plain rice that seemed like they were meant for the trash but ended up as a garnish on this dish. The only good part of the meal was our server and the bottle of wine.

I really really want to love this place given the location although my experience (on three occasions) has been very lackluster with food that is quite bland, served leukwarm and with no redeeming qualities. The service has been hit or miss... one time with staff that is very attentive, polite and charming whereas the other times, staff was rude, not helpful or checking in at all. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to Wild Ginger and I will certainly not recommend it to others.

Great food and ambiance.
Wish OpenTable made it easier to reserve more than 6 people with normal wait times. Was able to ask the restaurant to accommodate 9, with our reservation of 6, so it turned out okay in the end.

We had dinner with a small group before our high school reunion. It was a perfect place to sit, catch up, and enjoy a family style meal. The service was slow. Painfully slow. We waited to order drinks. Waited for drinks. Waited to order food. Had to ask for the rice long after the food arrived. And, they were out of one entree and whipped cream for the dessert. The entree special, we understood. But, out of whipped cream? Before 9pm on a Saturday night? We split the bill 4 ways. But only 3 credit cards made it back. The service did not have a negative impact on our evening. But we all noticed that it just wasn't what we expect.
