   Loved it! Great food, drinks and service! We even got to meet the owner! We had a group of 14 and our total bill was very reasonable!

   Open Table confirmed a reservation, We drove 3 hours to Eugene and when we arrived it was packed and they told me that they do not accept OT reservations when there is an event across the street at the arena. Well, I believe this would be helpful if Open Table did not accept my reservation then. Not very happy when we were turned away..

   Good, inexpensive food in a college town. We were there early, so it was not busy. Started to pick up as we were leaving. The waitress was fabulous!

   Was only in the area for a couple nights and happened across The Wild Duck Cafe. We didn't realize it was a game night at the college, so it was pretty packed. Thankfully we reserved a table through Open Table! Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. The food, the beer, the dessert- everything was fantastic. I definitely recommend! *just a note- on busy nights, like game nights, they use a partial menu in order to get the food out in a timely manner. They still have a great variety.

   Honestly, this is was one of the worst dining experiences in Eugene. I had made a reservation for 10 people and they confirmed the day before and then again on the day of the reservation. HOWEVER, they only had ONE SERVER (Debbie) working the floor and the place was VERY BUSY. Not only was Debbie too busy to take care of her tables, but her attitude was simply horrid. There is no reason for being rude, unpleasant and simply unprofessional in your job - DEBBIE. You could have said, "I'm sorry, we're really short staffed today and i'm doing my best"...or some sort of an apology. Instead you were unpleasant, hostile, and inefficient in how you handled our group and others. The food at the Wild Duck is nothing to brag about either...no sense of creativity and simply boring/bland food. We all work on campus and this restaurant is close...but WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

   Our hotel recommended Wild Duck Cafe, saying it had locally sourced ingredients etc., so we imagined a different type of place. It is fine for ordinary burgers, beer, wings, that sort of menu. Waitress was very enthusiastic. Nothing special. Place was pretty empty on a Thursday early evening.
