Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

    It was a lovely dinner. My partner and I were recommended by a friend to try the restaurant through their fix price menu. Delicious. Their alcohol free wine pairing was excellent. Service was exceptional.

    Such good food and amazing service!! Catered so well to my dairy allergy and adapted every course I had so it was okay for me to eat. Such lovely and knowledgeable servers. Would really recommend!!

    Ambiance is fantastic. Love the bar setup. Our waitress was extra knowledgeable, friendly and offered excellent and timely service. Food out of this world!! Worth every dollar. Highly recommended!

    Another great dinner in Whistler. The Spring Prix Fixe menu was excellent. Chef worked with our food allergies. Table 53 a bit quieter than some others in the restaurant. Server Mary and floor manager Ryan took great care of us. Thank you for making this a special evening.

    This was our first time at Wild Blue. We were very impressed by our whole experience from the ambiance to the food. Our waitress, Marie was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We will return .

    Wonderful service and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was a special occasion for us and they treated us royally. Good was priced accordingly (fine dining) but we didn’t leave hungry.
