Food and service were fantastic. We enjoyed our father's day meal very much.
Great place for a Father’s Day dinner with complimentary hats for dads from Heaven Hill Distillery.
Friendly staff, great atmosphere, wonderful food. We are fans. Thanks for the Father’s Day present too!!!
Food was awesome, service could have been a little better. But the overall experience was really good. Would definitely come back.
Delicious food and excellent service!
The only thing that kept our brunch experience from being perfect - the music was way too loud. I could feel the floor shaking and we had to yell. After not having a meal out together for more than a year, my friends and I really wanted to talk, but the loud music made it difficult.
The outdoor area of Wicked Sisters is a great place to have a casual meal and delicious, well-poured cocktails. Great spot!
Great cocktails! Salmon BLT was delicious! Good service.
Service is terrific. Pleasant, knowledgeable and timely. Food is tasty and plated well. Crab cake exceptional. Good wine and cocktail list. Pricier than I remembered but worth it.
Great experience. Awesome service
Great service! We asked if we could fit one more person than we made a reservation for, and the waiter was very helpful and friendly.
Quaint atmosphere and yummy food!
This was a stop between bars for some quick food. We came in an hour before they closed. They were all kind and the kitchen was fast but we didn't feel rushed. the drinks and food were good. Loved the names of the cocktails. Will be returning for a full experience. Brussels and mac and cheese... BOMB!
Our waiter was amazing & attentive to our needs & we felt accepted so our experience was great. We just didn’t like the food.
The food was over cooked, chicken & waffles were dry.
Amazing, great food and great people
We loved the outdoor terrace! So bright and open. The menu was extensive with very fresh ingredients- and they even made a quesadilla for my granddaughter (even tho it wasn’t in the menu). This is our go-to restaurant whenever we travel back to Baltimore with lots of vegan and vegetarian options, as well as classic fare with a twist. Highly recommend! Just get there a bit early as street parking can be tight- but so worrth it.
Sat outside and all was great - food, service, spacing between tables. It was a wonderful return to "normal" for my first time out in over a year!
We sat outside which was lovely! Unfortunately, the table closest to ours was ridiculously loud and obnoxious. We were a little disappointed with the food but it was still good. The Greek Salad with ahi tuna was fine and very large. The McCabe burger was good. Service was very slow!
Food and service were great. Drink menu was awesome.
This is the first meal my husband and I had in a restaurant since before the pandemic. We both enjoyed our time. It was quiet enough fir us to talk with ease. Food was delicious!
We were seated in our own little area away from other diners (they were separating diners as much as possible) which was very nice. I really like the vibe there we were able to catch up with our friends we hadn’t seen in over a year because of covid and no one rushed us. The food is always top notch and I always get the Brussels sprouts. One of our go to places it never disappoints. Just be aware they are not doing valet because of covid so you’ll have to do street parking. The neighborhood isn’t exactly sketchy but it’s not like being on The Avenue in downtown Hamden.
Disappointed in so many things. Ordered the jalapeños for appetizer and it was two peppers for $12 served on a full serving of rice (odd) seemly to make the plate look full.
Entrees were underwhelming. Over done salmon after asking how we wanted it done (asked for medium rare). Underdone vegetables as a side. Waited 15 minutes for the replacement salad. Server served like she had a full load though there were ten total people in the whole place. She wasn’t friendly and she barely came to the table.
Replacement side salad was fresh, burger was cooked as requested (medium rare) but the bun was stiff like it had been reheated or microwaved. Drinks from the bar were good, but the old fashioned was served with crushed ice which watered the drink down quickly. Paid $120 plus tip and would have been happier at comparably priced restaurants in the area.
Hope it was an off day for the Wicked Sisters.
Very nice vibe- Food was good. Cocktail selection was fun!
Delicious food and good service. Great spot for a Sunday lunch.
Loved the outdoor dining. Beautiful spot. Our server was friendly, efficient and fun! We had the turkey burger and Karma burger (sweet potato patty) - very tasty with scallion cilantro sauce. Website said parking but not sure where it was so did street parking which was easy. Happy about option of lunch reservation.
One suggestion - please switch from plastic and other wasteful items. Water was served in plastic cups and salad was served in paper container. Other guest also had a plastic straw. Prefer glasses when eating out and would feel better about eating here again with less waste.
Loved everything else - woman owned!
Great Food and Drinks!
We took my daughter and her husband her for her birthday. We had been before but it was their first time. We all loved the burgers that we ordered and the Brussel sprouts were amazing. At the end of the meal, the server brought over a delicious and large sundae with 4 spoons and birthday candles so we could sing happy birthday. We will be back!
Very nice, casual spot. The food and drinks are excellent and well priced, though service did take a little long.
There on a busy Monday night - they definitely were understaffed as are most restaurants now. But very friendly service and good food.
The food options wasn’t what I expected. The food was ok but it needed more of a variety of things to chose from.
The Insanity Burger is a must try. The onion rings were cooked perfectly. Atmosphere is nice and service was great.
We had a patio table on a beautiful day. The hostess was very friendly! Our server was hard to come by, and not friendly at all. Our drinks (only 1 was alcoholic) took about 25 minutes to come out, and were delivered by someone else, so I don’t think our server even realized they took forever. I saw Thai curry mussels on the online menu ahead of time and had planned to get them, but they weren’t on the menu when we got there. Two of us ordered the vegan sweet potato burger. It was very crumbly and hard to eat, but the fries were delicious. It was our first experience dining out since Covid, and it was admittedly a little disappointing, but I would still give them another shot.
Great service and amazing food
Our first visit to the establishment was for a reunion with 2 of my sons and their wives. Nothing bad to say, which is good. I expect to go back again.
The food was of more than ample portions. Their crab dip appetizer was very good. Our waitress was both helpful and quite personable.
And the location is away from the crush of Hampden's 36th St.
The food was great, as was the service. The drinks were only so, so. Overall, a great atmosphere and great experience!
Excellent all around
A little pricey but definitely worth it
Would recommend highly
My first time to this restaurant. Liked everything about it — except that my reservation had been cancelled by the staff after even calling with questions about “ happy hour”.
I had confirmed the reservation. Fortunately they accommodated and found a table.
Valet parking was slow and I ended up parking on the street.
My friend and I went there for a little brunch date and the food was impeccable, the entire experience was great but the only issue was not getting immediate service and having to complain about it.
Fantastic food and great ambiance. Service is generally good to above average.
There is an outdoor seating area yet there is no propane for heaters and the heaters on the fence are broken. Plus they changed the menu...eh
