   The service was absolutely horrible. Waited around 45 minutes to get a drink. Food was subpar and this was the second time they ran out of what I ordered which was the steak and eggs. The show was amazing and the view is spectacular. Next time I’ll just go to the bar and skip food. Maybe I can get a drink faster at the bar.

   First time that I don’t like the food. I’ve been visiting the restaurant for years and this time was a no no for the food; something definetly changed. Always good service and ambience.

   This is a nice place for a beer, but skip the cocktails and dinner. Service was really bad. We were a party of four and planned to order cocktails and appetizers, then have salads & entrees. Our server was aware of this plan, but completely failed to execute. First out came our appetizer and one salad together, then one entree, then the cocktails finally came, then another entree, and finally, the other salads and entrees all out once. Signature cocktails were not good and food was hit or miss, none of it being good value for the money. We walked out of there with an upscale bill, but decidedly not upscale experience.

    This was our second time trying to eat here. The first time we left after no one came to take our drink order 20 minutes after they sat us. This time we were able to put in our drink/app order and asked for another minute to order food. The server didn’t come back until after we had finished our appetizer (it had been another 30 minutes) to take our food order. After waiting that long to order food, they were entirely out of shrimp and chicken that we tried to order. The service here is awful

    There was a lovely breeze off the ocean, and my son liked the octopus, other than that it was not good. My Asian salad was drowned in what I think was sesame oil. It was lettuce and cabbage, no onion as it said, no flavor, no “sweet soy vinaigrette”. I asked to try another vinaigrette which they brought, still mostly oil. Then I asked for balsamic which helped. We had drinks, they had no Medello Lite, and no Coca Cola, and no Molten Lava Cake. Server was friendly but not helpful. Overall for $188 for my family if 4 it was an expensive night and absolutely not worth it. Disappointing for sure.

    Made reservations weeks in advance for drag brunch. We were sat in a corner far from anything. Food took forever to come out and was nothing amazing. Main speakers for show were far away and could barely hear anything. 1 queen came close to table and was lip syncing to music you couldn’t even hear. Service was poor. Could never get attention of anyone. We left after first part of the show, because we couldn’t see or hear it anyway. Only thing amazing was the waterfront view.

    The view is great and it has a good vibe. the service is horrible. It was not crowded but it took forever to get waited on and get our food. The burger was very good. the chicken wings were good but cold. I think they made them first, let them sit and then made the burger. a margarita in a small juice glass was $16.99 and very watered down. waitress had to be hunted down for water and the check.

    Open Table won't allow me to leave any of the spaces blank so please ignore food and value. We left before we were served. They were very busy and appeared to be busy often so my guess is the food is great. However, the service was poor. It wasn't clear who to speak to about our reservation and then the person was dismissive and wanted to give us a high table when we specifically asked for a standard table. We took a standard table that happened to have opened up and would have asked but essentially were ignored, so we sat down only to be scolded for doing so. 20 minutes later the water came and a very nice, but clearly very stressed out waiter came to take our order but had no knowledge of the ingredients in the food (a problem when you're eating with someone with a food allergy). He didn't seem to know what to do with us and by that time, it just wasn't fun anymore so we left. It was a shame because it essentially was the only bad experience we've had dining in PR.

    The scallops were amazing…that’s where the amazing stops. The cocktails were below average. The wine was terrible. The octopus was like dense rubber and was a very small Portion for the price. The burger was overcooked, also it was a frozen patty clearly. The servers, when they were paying attention, we’re nice enough but the service was pretty bad.

    The food was just not good. I ordered a salad and the lettuce tasted bitter or old. Chicken was dry and the potatoes tasted frozen. When we let one of the waiters know about the salad, he took the food and just walked away.

    Overall 5 Stars! Only missing candles and a romantic ambience since it was San Valentines, but all the rest was great! An extra oyster for each could have been also, one was not enough…jaja since everything was delicious!

    Wicked Lilly has a great location and a pretty good chef. It is incredibly disorganized and understaffed. Our appetizer was waiting for about 20 minutes until we asked the waiter what happened to it. He went to the kitchen and then brought it out. No training apparently of the wait staff. The staff is friendly, that was nice, but no clue as to how to serve an order or take care of customers. This was the second time I ate there, as I wanted to give it another chance! Oops, it still sucked.

    El Lugar espectacular, el espectaculo muy lindo, ahora bien el servicio no estuvo a la altura del lugar. La comida se tardo 2 horas desde que la pedimos hasta que nos la sirvieron, los cocteles entre uno y otro mas de media hora de espera. Entiendo que tienen pocos empleados y eramos muchos los invitados.

    It took more than one hour to serve the food, eggs were cold. Most of the things we ordered they did not have, like ketchup. We ordered a bottle of Prosseco but they wanted to sell the mimosas only by the glass. We declined but the waitress offered other options. The brunch menu is very limited, and they don't serve from the breakfast menu. Is Brunch, breakfast and lunch? After we spent the day at the beach, we returned to have a drink which again it took almost half an hour to be served so I just got up and left. Is unfortunate because I have gone other times and never had this experience.

    Went to Drag Brunch for a friend’s birthday. We reserved “couches” not knowing exactly what it would be like. The couches were wet and we had to ask for towels (they wouldn’t move us) and we still ended up with wet pants. There was one small, low table and it was pretty dirty. When the mimosas came, there was a mishap with the server opening the bottle of sparkling. It sprayed all over our shoes and bags. We weren’t even offered towels. The highlights were the food- it’s excellent and the portions are HUGE without sacrificing quality, and the queens were amazing. When we were done I asked how they were going to take care of us for the wet couch, dirty table, and unwanted champagne bath. They begrudgingly gave us 10% off. Eye roll.

    Lovely spot in the beach. Very relaxed vibe. We probably had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and greet us once we were seated. Then took a while to get drinks. Food was good. Loved the pork bellies but entrees swordfish and chicken were just ok. Service seemed disjointed. All in all an ok experience.

    I have so much hope for Wicked Lily: an incredible vista, a relatively consistent menu, and PRIME location. HOWEVER, the restaurant is considerably understaffed - on both FOH and BOH service - and needs a serious commitment to actually delivering service. We waited over 15-minutes for an printed menu (their website wasn’t loading), then there was no drink menu, and the bar was out of limes and lime-juice. Tables next to us were waiting for a full 20-minutes without even gettin water. LISTEN - what can be done to help? The food to too good and the vista too spectacular to let this place slip into mediocrity.
