   Prices changed last minute without us being informed. Staff acted like they were in a playground and made us a bit cautious. Nice place with good drinks.

   Loved the cocktail tree, brilliant idea. Great value for money. Definitely will come back again soon.

   Service was very slow. Took 1h40 for our gin tree to arrive however given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco as a sorry

   We are sorry that you had to wait so long for the Cocktail tree, it was down to a technical error with the printer. We were also hit with an overwhelming amount of cocktail tree orders which took time to prepare and send out. We sent a bottle of Prosecco as an apology and have now reviewed our ordering methods to help speed up the process. We hope this hasnt put you off future visits to Why Not Bar

   Staff quite blunt and security rude, felt like we were unable to relax as rules were shoved in our face, I know it’s a requirement but No need for a constant reminder especially when your following the rules. Was told to stop talking to a table even though we were both sat at our own table. Drinks were a decent price. Decent atmosphere. Hopefully can get back to where it was after Covid

   We understand your frustrations at having rules 'shoved in your faces' but with all due respect we have a serious pandemic all around us which threatens the lives of everyone. We are as a business taking matters very seriously and do not want to close down again through ignorance. As a business we are insistant with our sanitising procedures and doing everything possible to ensure that customers and staff are kept as safe as possible. The 2 metre distance between tables is for a reason and to prevent cross contamination between groups 6 persons per table and from the same household only allowed to socialise is enforced along with current guidance. How does anyone know if they have contracted Covid 19 if no syptoms are present?it may be in the early stages and therefore no visible signs or symptoms so shouting over to another table is encouraging spreading of any germs which in turn have the potential to infect others with Covid virus. Please do not condone our operation methods we ask you to support us as we implement procedures to ensure the safety of all those who enter Why Not Bar and hopefully feel safe within our environment and that we are doing all we can to prevent a spread of a dangerous virus.
