This place is awesome. Everything is homemade. Im not kidding, even the crackers for your oysters are homemade. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there and it was perfect!!! We are definitely going back when we are in Biloxi!!

Sunday brunch was delicious! They have unique items on the menu and it is almost always delicious.
One note - if you go for the bottomless mimosa, be aware its a 50/50 mix of OJ and champagne and they can't change the mix. It was heavy on the OJ for me so I doubt I would get that again.
This place is always top notch. From the atmosphere to the service and food, this place nails it every time! We love it and recommend it to everyone we know!

The service, the food, the atmosphere, everything was fantastic!! We were celebrating our Dad’s 82nd birthday and they went out of their way to make it extra special!
We had the seafood tower which is one of the items that consistently stays on the menu. Everything is fresh and locally sourced. The flavors of the mahi and the swordfish were wonderful and we tried the Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese. Everything was exceptional!
It was very white and sterile. They could use a few more pictures on the wall.

I had the fried oyster mushroom entree and it was amazing! I was a little nervous to try it, but it was perfectly fried (and I don’t usually eat fried foods much), came as a napoleon type stack over curried rice with cucumber (relish). The flavor combo was superb!
Also, the mushroom flatbread app is a must, and the crab avocado toast was amazing!!
They were a bit backed up, however, and it took an unusually long amount of time to be served and we were already tired from the competition…. Wouldn’t say that would deter me from going back- it was 8:00 on a Saturday night- that is just prime time and with Covid, everyone is a bit short staffed.
Chef Austin Sumrall did not disappoint! Will definitely make another trip and plan on another great dinner there!!
A hard review to write but bottom line, this chef
deserves better. Such a well rated and highly reviewed
establishment needs to invest equivalent assets and
training it does into its servers as it does into is cuisine.
After making previous reservations, dressing
appropriately for the atmosphere, and ordering a
variety of drinks and food the service we received fell
tragically short. Our server mumbled a greeting as we
were sat. We immediately ordered after getting a
detailed and enthusiastic recommendation from one of
the friendly and professional bartenders. Little under
TWO HOURS later we received our entrees. Our server
Trey checked on us a generous estimate of TWO times
in a completely unenthusiastic way. We had empty
water and drinks each time and had ordered two large
appetizers and three entrees. We had completely
finished our wine by the time our entrees finally came.
The friendliest service we got the whole night was from
Michael the manager and our bartender. I would highly
caution those considering this restaurant for a
celebratory event if you don't want it to be ruined by
frustrating service, disappointing wait times, and overall a disrespectful and inhospitable environment. As someone who has experienced restaurants with food of this quality I can assure you I expect my server to know what type of squash is in my dish as well as be able to
tell me one detail about my food which unfortunately
was not the experience we had. After a tasteful
complaint to the manager we received a glorified "sorry
bout that here's your check". Can assure you I won't be
passing their name along to the countless stream of
friends we know visiting the area. My compliments to
the chef, perhaps get a staff who can serve at the same
level that your food can.
Hi, we are so very sorry about your poor experience! We did get a little behind in the kitchen Saturday. I hate to make excuses, but all of our food is made from scratch and just like everyone else we are taking on each day understaffed. We have already addressed the server that was an issue as you made it clear that night. Our service and food was excellent. Brendan did an excellent job of recommending entrees and we had the best experience. Everything was unique and cooked to perfection. We will be back!
Out of state friends’ first visit to WP, and we promised them that both the food AND the experience would be top flight. We were not disappointed. The evening was outstanding in every way, Rebecca’s service and personality were wonderful, and a table side visit from Chef Austin topped it off perfectly. All the stars!
My dining experience was excellent in all aspects. The occasion was highlighted by excellent service and food of the highest cuisine. I will be sure to repeat the visit at my first opportunity.
Always a wonderful brunch experience. Everyone in our party ordered something different and all were very pleased. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was delicious. Make sure you save room for dessert.
The ambiance was perfect. The service was impeccable and the execution was on point. We had one minor complaint about a drink order but the staff addressed it and corrected it right away with ease. One of, if not the best, restaurant experiences of the gulf coast.

It was my husband’s birthday and we had a fabulous time! The food was amazing…everything we got from appetizers to dessert! The service was great! Jeff, our waiter explained all choices and did not disappoint! He took great care of us like we were his only table! The place is beautifully and simply decorated. Overall our experience was very memorable. We plan to go again when we return to the area!

Best place to celebrate New Year’s on the coast. Great live music with Symone French. Chef/Owner Austin Sumrall provided a fabulous 5 course feast. Foie Gras was excellent (my favorite). Bar Manager, Justin Gehrmann, and all the bar staff, Maria, Robert, and Brendan, were great. Of course it goes without saying that Mike Sigafoos and Tresse Sumrall, ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout the night.
If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special event or just a great place to dine or have a kraft cocktail, this is it.

Outstanding meal and excellent service from Michael. Totally enjoyed our dinner. The dishes are very creative and use fresh from farm ingredients. I loved the Beet Salad appetizer and Swordfish meal. My husband had the spinach salad and chicken meal. All were excellent. We finished it off with the pear turnover with homemade cream cheese ice cream. Sooooo good!!

We came here for the Christmas Eve Dinner, while visiting Biloxi for a vacation. It was one of the best food we had in the whole trip!
Not to mention, service was very friendly, restaurant was so cute and overall experience was very satisfactory.
We'll definitely be back next time we visit Biloxi. We'd love to try their regular menu.
This is the 2nd time we have had Christmas Eve dinner at the White Pillars. Both times everything about the place was top notch. The food, cocktails, service and ambience are all wonderful. We will continue our Christmas Eve tradition there!

White Pillars is lovely year-round, but especially so during the holidays. The staff is attentive and warm and the menu is surely one of the most unique in the area. It is also seasonal, which keeps things interesting! Tonight we ordered the swordfish crudo and oyster soup followed by the pork chop, swordfish, and shrimp entrees with a side of Mac and cheese. Ended with the apple galette and caramel ice cream. All were delicious, but we agreed the grilled swordfish was the standout dish. We still want to try the Amberjack and Brussels Caesar (which seems to be a staple). Also, dying to go to the Drag Brunch, which is surely a good time! So thankful for WP and the amazing atmosphere and experience they provide!
Overall i would rate the food a little overpriced.. The service and ambiance are excellent. Desserts were fabulous. I would go back and order small plates next time. Wine prices were comparable to most fine dining places.
