   The food and service was excellent! We were celebrating a birthday and we were given special treatment. We especially loved the octopus, it was absolutely amazing! This restaurant is a must if you enjoy seafood.

   Food was delicious, the mussels and clams were the best I’ve had in a long time. Lovely service from the staff which made the experience all the more special. Will be returning soon for sure.

   The food is incredible!! Best oysters I’ve ever had. I don’t usually like small plates but the menu was perfect, everything is tied together well and food comes out at a good pace. Great service, great wine. Had a delightful birthday meal.

   Compared to previous visit, few diners which detracted from ambience. Oysters absolutely the star of the show, with the monkfish a close second.

   Excellent service from all staff . The food was sensational and so was my Pacific Gin Martini we definitely will return next time we are in Edinburgh. Thank you for a great evening.

   Good was incredible, though started to arrive before the drinks! Also when we were sat, we weren’t given menus. Additionally after the we had finished we weren’t forgotten for 30mins and had to ask someone to clear out table away. Shame really because the food was amazing

   It’s been a lovely visit. Despite the long wait after a slight hiccup as they were extremely busy. The free drinks more than made up for it. 10/10 will visit again. Spectacular food !!!

   It was so wonderful we went twice on our holiday in Edinburgh. If you love upscale seafood (not fish and chips) this is the place to go!
