    This is one of our favourite restaurants but unfortunately on this occasion there was a problem in the kitchen and the food was very delayed. There was also a confusion with our arrival drinks which weren't as requested. Both the champagne and white wine weren't chilled enough. Overall very disappointed although the food when it eventually did arrive was delicious. Sadly the manager has an overly informal and arrogant style.

    Tried a sampler of raw and fried oysters, both kinds were good. Crab straw fries weren’t bad. Good service. No complaints.

    Very nice dining experience and great location. We had the lobster platter and it was delicious. Cocktails were unique and top notch. Highly recommend

    La meilleur restaurant d’Edimbourg! Les produits sont frais, l’équipe conseille très bien les vins. Personnel sympathique. Je recommande vivement!

    This was one of the best seafood restaurants we've ever been to. That is saying a lot considering we live in Florida where we get great fresh seafood all the time. They food was beautifully presented, fresh, and creatively put together. Hubert took care of us and was personable and interesting to talk to. He made some great suggestions which we really appreciated.
