   Dinner at White Dog Cafe Glen Mills last night was AWESOME, as always!! We had a new waitress, Grace. She was very sweet and friendly to talk to. We also met the new assistant manager, Rachel, who was very kind, sweet, and friendly. She's going to fit right in to the White Dog Cafe Glen Mills Family! We also met another new server, Veronica, who was very sweet to talk to. For drinks, Mom had a root beer, and Dad and I had soda For an appetizer, Mom ordered the Caesar Salad, which had romaine lettuce, red endive, sourdough croutons, Parmesan cheese, and was served with a lemon anchovy dressing. She enjoyed it! For the main course, Mom and Dad each ordered the Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, which was perfectly done by the AMAZING Chef Jesse! The meat was perfectly cooked and tender, and was served with a crispy potato, green beans, wild mushrooms, and a horseradish jus. They really enjoyed it, and it still remains one of our favorites! I ordered the White Dog Pasta, which is the house-made dog shaped pasta, served in a Parmesan butter sauce, It's always my favorite! I also ordered a side of the Sunny Harvest Broccoli, which is steamed broccoli with butter on top. It was so delicious, and it tasted like my mother used to make for me during my childhood. It has become my new favorite! For dessert, Mom and I ordered the Bassett's Chocolate Ice Cream with a shortbread dog biscuit cookie on top. I had mine with chocolate syrup, it was delicious! Dan , the general manager, and Cary, the busboy, came by to our table to say hello and to see how are food was. They are always so kind and brighten up our day each time we visit!    The White Dog Cafe is absolutely adorable—charming décor and such a fun, vibrant atmosphere. We went on a Sunday, so it was extremely busy and definitely on the noisy side, but the energy was lively and inviting. We started with the deviled eggs and O M G—they were out of this world! Easily the highlight of the meal. For our main course, we both ordered the Farmer’s Breakfast. The potatoes had great seasoning but were unfortunately on the dry side. The eggs were just okay, and the bacon was a bit too greasy for our taste. That said, our waiter was outstanding. Despite the chaos of a packed Sunday crowd, he was attentive, friendly, and hustling non-stop. It’s possible the rush impacted the food quality—it felt a bit mass-produced or like it sat under the warmer too long. I’d definitely give it another shot on a quieter day because the ambiance and service alone make it worth a revisit.

   We had a nice Sunday brunch with Natalie as our server. I realize that this may seem bizarre to say that I like the fact the floor wasn’t greasy. In restaurants where there is no carpeting I typically prepare to slid across greasy floors to the bathroom. Kudos to White Dog for their cleanliness and special thanks to their mopping team!

   The food is always delicious and the servers go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! Highly recommend

   Delicious lunch, great service. Everyone was very nice. Even a bus boy asked if we needed anything.

    Friendly staff, our three meals were prepared as ordered and were excellent. Would have liked to see a special or two on the menu.
