White Dog Cafe's newest location brings local, seasonal, and sustainable dining to Chester County. The original Vickers Tavern has been completely renovated, and the White Dog Cafe has preserved the building's history while adding chic farmhouse aesthetics and dog-themed decor. The restaurant features seven distinct dining rooms, each with its own unique personality and design. In addition, there is an expansive outdoor patio with a gas fireplace and retractable cover. The open Barn room includes a large oval bar, a sitting area by an open fireplace, and doors leading to the outdoor potting shed. The menu includes several White Dog staples, such as Kennett Square Mushroom Soup, Double Cheddar Burger, Lamb Bolognese, Truffle Fries, and house-made bread baskets from local farms, alongside new additions.

We loved our visit to the White Dog Cafe. The food was so good and the dining atmosphere was wonderful. Loved all the dog paintings and statues. Great fun and a good time. My sister and I were celebrating our birthdays which fall on the same day. We were treated to ice cream with a candle and it was such fun. Will definitely return.

My "go-to" restaurant in the area. Consistently good food and always excellent service. If I had one suggestion for them, it would be to work on their desserts---they are rather pedesterian fior such a good restaurant.

What's the deal with not having Splenda to add to iced tea? You serve beef and alcohol and seafood but somehow draw the line at sucralose. It's stevia and raw sugar only I guess because those are cool.

This was not my first time at a White Dog location but it was mine & my family's first time at this location. The inside is absolutely adorable and inviting but also unique and gives an upscale farmhouse vibe. The food was absolutely incredible and we love the snack plate on the appetizer section. I highly recommend

We had a wonderful Father’s Day brunch. Thanks to Tessa and Julien!!! It’s always a pleasure to see them. They both make our night or day so special!!! You are so very lucky to have both of them! Thank you for being one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants!!!
