   Our waitress was pleasant but our meal was delayed almost 40 mins for salads. A woman was seated next to us with a dog who sat ON the banquette. I was not asked if this was satisfactory or a problem for my party and I was not aware dogs were permitted to sit AT the table in this restaurant. After we finished and had settled our bill, I went to the hostess desk to purchase a gift card. I have NEVER been met with quite the level of rudeness and dismissiveness as I was today. I was a nuisance to her and she flippantly prepared the gift card with an attitude void of any degree of hospitality. There weren’t any other patrons waiting or needing help so she clearly was not overwhelmed by my inquiry, but simply annoyed that I asked to purchase the gift card. I would think at this time and in this community, it would be to your benefit to greet each and every patron with an extension of welcoming. This employee is the FIRST PERSON a guest encounters upon arrival. Her demeanor was sorely lacking in any hint of being of service. I have been a customer of this and the other locations for many, many years. It was a great disappointment to me that the guests I bought the gift card for will be treated in such a careless fashion. I don’t enjoy relaying this message but felt it was necessary to respond.

   A nice lunch with my sister. Very good service & food. Lovely decor. A little bit noisy with a group of women nearby. Appreciated the ice cream brought out for my sister's birthday.

   We have been here several times and always have a consistently excellent experience with service as well as the food. This time was our Anniversary dinner and it was no exception! We had delicious drinks, the new Asparagus bruschetta was amazing, and the New York strip steak and frites is as good as many steakhouses in the area. Lia took wonderful care of us and we can’t wait to come back again!

   Great food! We were seated in a room with a large party and asked for another table (there were no other people in the room). They accommodated our request and it was a much better table for us. Thank you! Wonderful experience for my husband’s birthday.

   They are expensive $6 for iced coffee and wasn’t told it would be another $6 to “get a top off”

    My husband and I had a good experience at White Dog Cafe in Chester Springs. I enjoyed my salmon but my husband wasn't as fond of his pulled pork. Overall, we really enjoyed the evening and our server Sean, was very attentive and friendly.
