   Got there and the one and only server told us to wait by the door to be seated (we had three kids with us the youngest being only 1). We waited for a while before taking the closest booth since we were in direct line of the door where we were blocking it and cold air was constantly hitting the kids. We sat at the booth for 10 mins (being ignored) until I went to the front to ask for a menu. Waiting another 10 min and went back to the front to order. Never at any point we were there did that server address us even to say oops forgot and thanks for taking care of yourself. No decorations for what was suppose to be a special event night. We were actually overcharged $10 but the manger who rung us out kept the receipt to “keep track of the dining room orders”. We didn’t realize we were overcharged until we left. Wish we would have went to a different location! Kids were tired and ready to go by the end of our 1 + hour dinner at White Castle
