   Stephanie, our waitress, was amazing!! She was really down to earth and she made sure that she we had everything we needed. The food was Awesome!! It’s rare that you can order a steak that doesn’t need any steak sauce. I was definitely impressed with that! The lady at the front door when we walked in was very welcoming and she made sure that we were well taken care of and she made us laugh. We enjoyed ourselves and the wine. The waitress suggested Cha Cha Chocolate and we were a little hesitant because of the name. But when we tasted it, my two friends bought bottles and I had a glass. Everything was on point!! Thank you for such great service!

   It’s a really cool spot. We sat outside near the koi pond. The music was nice. The ambiance was nice. We waited over 10 mins for our server. We had several servers ask if we’d been helped, and they’d get our server. But she was missing in action. We finally ordered. The cheese & fruit tray was ok. It was slices of cheese, American, Swiss and pepper Jack. Like Kraft slices from Publix. Then some crackers, and some grapes. A 1 ounce cup of cocktail nuts. Very anticlimactic. The wine was OUTSTANDING. We had Sensational Sweet and Cha Cha Chocolate. The wine was wonderful. The steak was a high grade cut of meat and cooked perfectly. Not seasoned at all. Veggies were fresh and cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The baked potato was good. We didn’t see our server again though. She ghosted us until we were done eating. Sure would have liked salt & pepper for our baked potatoes. She spent the rest of the time trying to up sell us wine and super quick with the bill. It was just our server as the people around us had their servers around a lot. I’m sure ours was busy with a big group or something. Just not our night I guess. We would definitely go again. It’s over a hour drive for us, so maybe not soon. Nothing about the experience was bad. Just had a little higher expectations.

   Always a great place for food dinner was excellent to the fact that my dad is still saying today that his rib eye was the best he has ever had and happy that he got it.

   We mistook the Mother’s Day special for much less than the price when we arrived. I’m not sure how that happened as I researched online ahead of time the prices. Nevertheless we went with it, and ordered off of the special menu. Most of the food was really not good, and I had the steak which was fatty and tasted like it had been in the freezer a long time. It wasn’t terrible, just really not good. The fish dip appetizer (extra cost) and the dessert were both good. No wine tastings that day due to the larger than normal crowd. We totally understood this but were disappointed. We will go back, but only for wine.

   Rustic, artistic setting. People were friendly and accommodating. The entry was ok nothing great and the special price was a bit deceiving. Felt we got less quality than what we paid for. The wine was both enjoyable and reasonably priced. The desert (chocolate devil) was outstanding. Will go back for a glass of wine, desert and to listen to the music, but not for the “special”.

   I have been here so many times and just love everything about this winery. The staff is so friendly and it’s just so relaxing. The wine is fantastic. My favorite is the Cha Cha Chocolate. We had dinner and it was perfect. I highly recommended this place for any event or even a night out. We are planning our upcoming wedding here so that tells you how much we love it.

    Honestly it should have been great but their are way to many flies....the wine is good...I did bring a bottle home...also the guy on the grill did a good job..I felt it was overpriced for the service recieved. The concept is nice..the grounds were nice...they had a guy singing and playing guitar and he was good....some tweaks and this could be a great place...

    Fun atmosphere but eating with the flies was not fun. Food was good. Soup was delicious, dinners were ok some better than others. Wine was good. Would only return to eat in screened in porch.

    The atmosphere and entertainment was very good at Whispering Pines. The food and service was average.The rib eye steak was very thin a a little too fatty for me The surf and turf, however, was very good. The server was personable but a little forgetful.

    The wine was actually pretty good. I enjoyed the sweeter wine’s even though I’m a bold red drinker. The part that got me was the food, the steaks came out raw and didn’t really see our server to correct it. Portions of the surf and turf was very small. Honestly I think for drinks and appetizers this place would be great, I would just skip the dinner service.

    We love going to Whispering Oaks… one of our go to places while in Florida. This visit we specified how we wanted our steak cooked and both dinners it was way too rare for both our liking. Our server was very busy and hadn’t come to our table to see if our meal was okay, so we just didn’t complain. The blueberry cobbler for dessert made up for the poor steak.. that was delicious!
