   Booked a table in July but on arrival a table was not ready - not really impressed!!!!, waited a bar area until seated a 10 minute wait. Once seated waitress friendly and very effecient.

   Six of us were at What's Cooking for my Mum's birthday, on a Friday evening. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We ordered a wide selection of things from the menu, from loaded skins to nachos, from burgers to burritos, and it was all excellent. If we have any sort of criticism, it would be that the portion sizes are enormous! We had a 20% off the food voucher which made the cost good value for money. We will definitely go back there in the future.

   Found by chance, great place, great food at a reasonable price. Open kitchen area looked very clean even when exceptionally busy. Ribs are well worth trying, chunky chips are better than french fries. Friendly service. Will definately eat there again.

   This was a great place to eat and even better for a special occasion. The staff were very discreet and had the right level of ‘congratulations’ without being embarrassing because you were there for your birthday. The location is lovely, interesting and lends itself to the comfortable atmosphere. Oh, and by the way, the food was excellent.

   was very loud with children, should maybe put children on side adults on other, my starter wasnt very fresh main was nice, needs salad garnish, staff took to long to get drinks not very friendly,no one asked how our meal was a nice place for quick bite to eat, not really meal out

   This is a great family restaurant with a proper childs menu and not the usual chicken nuggets! My 8 year old sons food was fresh chicken breast with salad and coleslaw. The prices were reasonable, the booths had nintendo ds consoles and the bottomless drinks just added to the relaxation.

   I have been down to liverpool four times in july and each time visited whats cooking for dinner with friends/ family. Love it!

   We had a wonderful time at What's cooking, initially we had to wait for our drink's, but after a polite reminder they arrived quickly, all the staff were pleasant and the food was delicious i would recommend to all age groups, especially family's with young children, the table we sat at had nintendo DS's attached to the wall to keep young children occupied, overall a very pleasant experience, we would definitely use whats cooking again.
