Pho has been described as the "National Dish of Vietnam." At What the Pho! Restaurants, we could not agree more. Our pho broth is a meticulous twelve-hour process. We use fresh, quality beef bones, whole sides of brisket and flank, traditional herbs, aromatic vegetables and skinless chicken breasts to develop our savory broths.
