   We had outstanding service and the most delicious meal. The tuna tartare and lobster corndogs were absolutely delicious and everything was prepared beautifully. The caesar salad was delicious followed by the Pasta Bolognese and a chef special of agnolotti fresh pea pasta which was out of this world. There is a huge selection of amazing wines that you are able to choose from and they have various size pours so you have an opportunity to try different wines as well. Colten served us and was amazing. We will definitely be back. The decor also is absolutely stunning.

   Our new favorite restaurant. Great cocktails, extensive wine list, delicious food, and selections of olive oils. Love their wine tasting situation; you are given a card, and you go to one of numbers of displayed wines. After pushing a button for the wine you want and indicating how much wine you want, it pours into your glass. Great ambience.

   We attended the opening night for dinner and were truly impressed with the food, the service, the decor and the wines. They make all of their pastas from scratch in house and pair them with excellent sauces/ragus. Opening nights can often be riddled with missteps, but everything was executed to perfection. The GM, the sommelier and the chef were all engaging and helped make it a special night out. Can’t wait to return!

   My friend and I met at WeVino for lunch on April 25 and had a memorable experience. From the beginning to the end we had impeccable service from all the employees and managers. The restaurant is gorgeous inside with a lovely bar and wine cellar. It also has a lovely patio. I ordered the tricolor salad and it was delicious!! The dressing was perfect!! We also ordered the bread with an olive oil recommendation from our wonderful waiter, Brad. The restaurant has a happy hour from 3-5. I wish the owners and all the staff a very successful opening with a lot of support from our community.

   We went the signature cocktail route and tried them all. Chris mixes a perfectly balanced libation and I would recommend them all. Arturo was super attentive and made sure our courses were well paced and not rushed. This is extremely important to us and I will rate any place that offers this type of service off the charts! The ambience is exceptional and the food was a culinary gift especially given this was during a soft launch period. I can’t wait to return to experience every delicious sip and morsel. Next time, we’re embarking on a wine tour accompanied with the cheese boards and charcuterie. We wish them so much success and we’re thrilled they’re in our neck of the woods. As the kids say, run don’t walk!

   As a group of wine lovers, we couldn’t wait to go to WeVino Westlake and enjoy some food and wine. The weight staff was amazing through our entire meal and Jeff Rowe, the general manager stopped by and talked to us for a while about some of the fun plans ahead. The menu is a little small right now, but I’m sure it’s because they just opened. The cheese and charcuterie was amazing. Can’t wait to have a wine dinner once they’re open for dinners.

   I was really impressed with quality and execution of the dishes at WeVino. The tuna tartar was an amazing combination of flavors I wouldn’t normally associate with tuna. The rigatoni pomodori was simple yet full of flavor. I enjoyed talking to Chef Brik and his CDC about their inspiration and passion for cooking. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu next time I visit.
