It's been awhile since I have dined at Westwaters and it would be good for staff to let us know that there is no longer table service. I do like the idea that patrons have to order and pay at the counter which makes it easy if you are in a large group. Our dessert order got lost so had to follow up a few times. The food was amazing.

This was our first time at the venue and overall it’s was fantastic . The food was so good , I had the Rockling red curry, the fish was so moist . We were actually surprised at how good the staff were, could not do enough for us . There was a mix up with purchasing a bottle wine , only a glass was ordered and paid for, even though this was half our fault, staff kept apologising . Our waitress when clearing table, I assisted her, she actually said Thank you and much appreciated. We will be going back very soon.

I was suprised to see that the bistro was only half full on Mothers Day, but I realised that staff shortages after Covid would not have been helping. Regardless, we had a nice family lunch with good quality food and drinks. No complaints and more importantly my wife enjoyed being able to relax and let someone else do the cooking!

5th of April 2022 Thursday Very disappointing!!!! Service in general was so slow. Cocktails took a while to come and the bartender said the dockets were missing. Then we ordered 3 steaks and 1 baranmandi. The girl at the till didn't even ask what sauce we would like and we ended up getting the normal sauce on the steak so we went up again and paid and ordered 2 Mushroom sauce which costed $8 and it never came. We asked one of the staff that we are still waiting on our Mushroom sauce and that staff never came back so we had to ask again to another staff and she brought us one Mushroom sauce and she said we actually have to pay for the Mushroom sauce assuming that we didn't pay for the sauce but we explained we already paid for two. We got one Mushroom sauce when we nearly finished our steaks. At the end, staff came to tell us "We will kick you guys out in 5 minutes because we are closing." It was so rude. We were not happy about the experience.

When I booked I requested wheelchair access and near the playground and when we got there we were put down the bottom level! Also a cake fee $25???? What for? Plates? And I had to ask 3 times for them to bring out the cake! I also asked for a plastic container or something to put the cake in but they said no! I asked if I could at least have some glad wrap and I got a messy bunch of glad wrap! Not happy at all if the food wasn’t so good I would not be coming back

Very Disappointed. Order a garlic ciabatta bread for $14 and got 3 slices of plain garlic bread. Ordered a red wine which was on the drinks menu and they didn't have any of the wines that were listed on the menu so who knows what I was drinking. Food took ages to arrive even though it wasn't that busy. Lovely place but over rated and over priced. Not going back.

Nice ambience, but very limited menu choice. As a senior I asked for the chips and salad to be substitute to veg and they wanted asked for another $5.00 . Really?? I hsvent been anywhere else and a charge applied for subtitles. Don’t think I’ll be there again considering the poor menu choice. Could be a great place to dine

The food and service was good. Once ordered, waited 10 mins for our drinks, 15 for entree… and our dinner came 15 mins after our entree dishes were taken away. Pretty good. One criticism is that you pay a lot for a steak meal- and they give you fat chips with what is essentially just a bit of lettuce that they describe as ‘dressed greens’. I think at that price point they could throw in a little bit more - like cucumber and tomato, or even a bit of asparagus or broccolini.

Had to wait over an hour for our food. No customer service. Plates didn’t get removed from table until 30mins later. Ordered a side of chips and that didn’t come. Went to ask for it mid meal and was given cold chips. Absolutely disappointed!

Food was lovely, lots of staff. Could tell they were training a few new people and a good vibe to it. Patient, kind. Saganaki was nice but had gone a bit hard/cold before serving, always better super fresh and hot. Couldn’t find food specials (soup of day etc) and had to ask a few people who didn’t know but were happy to find out. Overall great experience. Thanks

Food was wonderful. Liked using the self ordering function. Our food was taken to the wrong table which in this day and age is a little bit unsettling. Most of the staff great and wearing masks as required. Some staff wearing masks around their chins.

The service was shocking. Staff had no idea what to do. At one point there was 11 bottle of beer on the table and not one staff member took them of the table. Staff were confused where to serve our meals to appropriate tables. Never had poor service like this before at Westwaters! Food was cold , came out at different times Very disappointing !
