Very disappointing. Limited and overpriced menu , decide old and tired. We had heard that the westward look and remodeled its restaurants and had a new menu. What we found was a tired “sports bar” trying to masquerade as a nice sit down venue. NOT. We have been WL customers for 40 years and, since it became a Wyndham property, it had noticeably deteriorated. Very sad. We won’t be returning.

It's been a while since my family had Easter Brunch at Westward Look. We liked the small setting. However, the food got 3 stars since the eggs were COLD. Thank god the bacon was outstanding.

The food is overpriced and not very well prepared. It took forever for our party of six to get our food. In addition, you also can't actually call the restaurant. When they called ME because they were trying to put me in a specialty dinner (I didn't sign up for a specialty dinner), it took five tries and a helpful hotel person to actually track down a human in order to be sure my reservation was not mis-handled. I was not given a direct number or extension to call and since the hotel is part of the Wyndham Resort, it was not easy.

Older resort with a great ambience and views.. Food and service in the Palm were both excellent. However, it might be nice if they could add a small brunch menu for Sundays.

If you are staying at the Wyndham Westward Look resort, the Palm is an ok place to eat. The food does not seem to be freshly prepared. Our stuffed jalapenos appetizer was clearly from frozen. My chocolate cake dessert was not even completely thawed. I had a brisket special that was good with a generous helping. I found the sauce a bit too sweet for my palette, but the meat was nice and tender. Our drinks were very weak. I'm not a big drinker, but I like a real drink, not margarita mixer in a glass. So much so, I asked the waitress to address it (which she did). The restaurant seemed to have enough patronage to do a better job on the food. So, the Palm is ok if you are staying at the resort and want to eat on location. Not worth a special trip though.

We were seated at a table that was leaking rain from the storm outside. Not a pleasurable experience for the price. Food was average, service was average.

The scallops entrée was extremely salty. The entrée came before the wine, so we needed to wait for that. It was a white wine, but unfortunately was served in wine glasses that were noticeably warm.
