   Food was inedible. Told the waitress who asked how was my meal that it was awful and I couldn’t eat it and she just said sorry and that was it. Didn’t ask if I’d like something else but frankly I was done. My date could not eat hers too as we ordered the same salmon dish

   I’ve been to Westville many times. The food just was not as good this last time I was there. It made me wonder if there was a new chef chef in training?

   Always love a westville meal! Xavier was a great server. Love the healthy food selections. This location could use better ventilation as my clothes all smell heavily like the restaurant now. Otherwise all wonderful. Suggestion to make things EVEN better: Give more detailed descriptions of layout and ingredients of market sides et al on the menus.

   Good spot in midtown west to satisfy mixed palates. I had vegetarian and my friend ate chicken. Our server was attentive.

    Went to Westville since they have several vegan options. Waiter insisted twice the mayo they brought to the table was vegan but then double checked with the manager and NOPE, they don’t have vegan mayo. Still feel like I have to double check everything which was a bummer. They also brought my friend a 7-up instead of sparking water. That being said, service was otherwise very responsive and food was fast and decent. On par with an upscale diner.

    My wife and I both received food that was healthy and tasty. I'm gluten free, the waiter knew what I could order and could not order and why. The decor was casual, the noise level was fairly high but not like some other restaurants where you cannot hear each other talk. I would not characterize this as an inexpensive restaurant, but the price was a slightly less than most other good Manhattan restaurants. I would go back and I would try their other locations, as well.

    Creative, excellent food choices for a reasonable price! Excellent service--the waitstaff were friendly, helpful, attentive, considerate. We loved the vegan options and there were nonvegan options, too!

    I have been a big fan of various Westville restaurants for at least nine years. Especially the one at 11th Street and Ave A . This was the first time I ate at the Hells Kitchen outpost and I was not disappointed . Great service - Great food .

    Highly recommend. Westville offers a homey comfort-food menu with mouth-watering seasonal vegetable side dishes; really, we could have just ordered several of those and we would have been content. Nice happy hour drink menu (very sizable cocktails). What a great find when you’re used to only knowing about fancier restaurants near Lincoln Center. Just a few blocks away is a row of neighborhood restaurants along 9th Avenue. Walk straight up 9th Avenue and you’re at Lincoln Center.

    Service was good and food was excellent. Nice to have healthy options. Especially LLP Ed the grilled artichokes with Parmesan. Did not love our table location…way too bright, no candle on the table…felt more cafeteria-ish than evening dining. Otherwise a really good experience and will return.

    This restaurant has a great varied menu. As someone who doesn't eat meat, I appreciate the numerous assortment of vegetables. The portions are also very generous.

    We had such high hopes for a delicious healthy meal but was disappointed. We ordered and within two minutes our meal arrived, lukewarm. Clearly everything had been pre cooked and just barely warmed up. The “taste” was good but it could have been SO much better had it been cooked to order.
