Had the 12 of sirloin with lobster tail and it was absolutely amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly. Another member of my party ordered the filet mignon and it was also cooked perfectly and delicious. Our server Juan was very attentive and provided quick service for our table. We were a party of 3 and we all ordered steak meals with a total bill of around $150, great value and great food!

I’ve dined here several times before and have never been disappointed until yesterday June 7, 2025. They ran out of tomahawk steaks which isn’t a huge deal although that’s why I took my son for his birthday. But the rest of the food was overcooked, steaks were well done when we asked for them to be medium rare, Food came out cold, only had one drink refill and only because we had to chase them down. Waited for the dessert menu for about 15-20 minutes before we just gave up paid the bill and got dessert at Bahama bucks. Very disappointing especially when we raved about how great it is.

First visit...and last. My wife and I decided to try West Texas Chophouse for our wedding anniversary. I even mentioned it in the reservation on Open Table. But unlike, say, Ruth's Chris, who would acknowledge the special occasion, nothing. I would expect that at a steak restaurant like this, the 12 ounce ribeye I ordered for my wife and I to share would cut like hot butter. Nope. Closer to old tennis shoe. Certainly not the finer cut I was expecting. There was even a little fiber (gristle?) in spots. Yes, I should have mentioned it to the server, but I didn't want my wife and I to wait longer for our meal. A heads up...the steak is apparently seasoned while cooking, so if you're salt sensitive, be sure to ask for no seasoning. Baked potato was OK, as were the onion rings. Overall, very disappointing!

Everything was excellent as usual, except the hostesses at the entrance were less than polite, actually rude, no eye contact, and generally unfriendly. That’s why only 4 stars

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. I asked Kimberly for assistance three different times and was completely ignored. When my order was wrong, I waited 35 minutes for them to fix it. By the time my corrected meal arrived, everyone at my table had already finished eating. The lack of attention and service was disappointing, especially from a manager.

Celebrated a special occasion with 10 guests. We took our own cake. Service was excellent and the food was delicious!! Great overall experience

They overcooked my filet mignon, so I sent it back and they sent me another one that was even more overcooked. They finally got it right, but totally messed up the rest of our order. We were supposed to share asparagus, and mushrooms, and they all ended up late on my plate only. Any good manager would’ve come over to the table and made it right. The meal was very expensive for the quality of the food and service we received.

Food was average at best. Fillet was chewy. The 12 ounce ribeye was like a breakfast steak, thin and underwhelming. Fresh bread was tasteless.
