Steaks were overcooked. Rare steaks were almost burnt and very dry. Waitress was very good. Overall, do not recommend. Same as a Texas Roadhouse.

It was our first time here! The people were great and I enjoyed my steak very much. We were celebrating my birthday. The manage was awesome too!

Spinach dip was served burned. Porterhouse steak on the Meat lover’s combo was wholly inedible and over cooked. After the first issue with the appetizer, no manager visited table. Our server, Chris, was kind enough to respond and resolve the issue. After informing our server about the issue with more than a third of our entree, the General Manager visited the table, and was insincerely apologetic. He offered no remedy. Was offered a desert. Did not appreciate that a full third of our $100 plus dish was only worth a $10 desert. Boilerplate response to this review below is in line with their subpar approach to and complete disregard for customer service.

I cannot remember the server name but she was our server at table 63 from 7pm-9pm and she was just amazing. Absolutely loved her!

Steaks are the best here. Just order the steaks. Salmon was salty. But steaks were divine!

Unfortunately, our latest visit was a disappointment. The food was not prepared to our liking, and to make matters worse, our server was nowhere to be found when we needed to address the issue. As a result, we were unable to rectify the problem and left feeling unsatisfied. Due to this subpar experience, we are hesitant to return

We had a party of 8, so I completely understand it was a larger group. Food was brought out at all different times where we had to wait on others to be served. Other than that it was nice. Tough to conduct a business meeting while others are eating and others wondering where their meal is.

Food was amazing. The service was terrible not sure if they were short staff. It took a floor manager to notice we haven’t even order drinks and he order those for us. Overall it wasn’t the greatest experience.
