We arrived early to our reservation, took about 5 minutes to be seated. Once seated wait staff would pass us by. The waitress right behind us said to another waiter said "Y esa mesa?" Then took several more minutes before acknowledging us. Took almost 15 minutes from the time we were seated to be offered water. Then after that, took almost 15 minutes to get our cocktails. At that time we ordered our appetizers and main course as we knew the service was already lacking and knew it would be a while before she came back again. The main course was delivered before the appetizers. Waitress said it was because they were busy in the morning. Restaurant was half empty. The food had been sitting there as 1) the steak was room temperature which is indicative that it was under the heat lamp for awhile and 2) the paella was cold and dry, with the meats to include the seafood being over cooked and tough. For such an upscale restaurant the service was absolutely terrible, the food was not worth the $150 pretip cost. The only good things were the prickly pear martini and the water.

We came on Father's Day for the first time. Menu was not the "regular" food menu. They didn't have much to choose from on the Spain inspired menu. They had no salad available, but waiter provided a speciality made salad, which was kind of the chef to do. We were looking forward to more food choices, but we'll have to come on a "normal" day to chose what we actually want. The food we had was pretty good: lamb chops, Mac and cheese, spinach salad, drinks, and appetizers were good. We will go back to give it a second chance on a "regular" day. Service staff and restaurant were very nice.

Sam and Enrique did a wonderful job of taking care of us. They didn’t rush us but were always ready to serve. Great job by all.

My husband and I were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and several of our friends had recommended Weso. The ambience at this restaurant is excellent. It is very cozy, upbeat, but not overly loud. You can comfortably carry on a conversation. The service was excellent and they were very attentive to our table and our needs. The drinks that came out of the bar were all mixed very well and we’re very tasty with not too much alcohol to overpower the drink, but with enough to make it taste good. The biggest disappointment was the steaks. We had heard so much about the quality of the steaks, but were greatly disappointed. We both ordered the 16 ounce ribeye and they had a lot of gristle and were not cooked properly. Would recommend Weso to go to the bar and enjoy a few drinks, but likely would not eat there again.

I was recommended by a friend and I must say it was the best choice I made. We were seated immediately by the hostess and then Sam our server came along right away and he was phenomenal. He helped me chose the best margaritas and a great red wine but the wine was not cold which I dont believe was his fault but it was soooo good. My steak was the best I’ve ever had; temperature was great and the flavor was to die for, mashed potatoes was amazing, my husband chose shrimp and he too loved it. The live instrumental was the icing on the cake 😘 great ambiance and a fantastic intimate spot to celebrate special moments.

Was expecting more. Food was like warm. Had to send back paella as it was cold. For price, was not great. Spain experience was lacking. Steaks were not tasty. Feel there are better steak places around town for high price. Last item, they had no cloth napkins!
