The Wellesley Hotel & Restaurant is a fine dining establishment located in Thousand Island Park on the majestic St. Lawrence River, in New York.
This beautiful establishment was built in 1903 and has the elegance and charm of that era with a modern updated twist.
The kitchen is run by Adrienne Cavallario, who is known for her globally inspired fare and has curated a menu that will delight all. Adrienne was awarded "Best Pork Shoulder" at the Food and Wine Taste of Vail Awards in 2023 among many "Best of" awards throughout her cooking career.
The Wellesley dining room serves dinners 5-9:30 and the romantic Lounge serves small plates and cocktails. Acoustic Happy Hour in our Lounge can be enjoyed evey Wednesday from 3-5 starting in July, and our Sunday Jazz Brunch starts June 15th from 10-1 will and will delight your every sense!
We also offer our "Speakeasy" downstairs Pub Wednesday - Saturday evenings 8 - 12 with live music and trivia nights opening late June.

If you are looking for a very special place with the best ambiance where you step back in time about 150 years, this is the place. The food, ambiance, service and location are something truly special..... We sat on the porch and enjoyed a perfect brunch on Father's Day. We live in the area but it felt like being on vacation. TI Park and the Wellesley Hotel are gems not to be missed.

Excellent all the way through. A phenomenal setting in the heart of the Thousand Islands, a lovely menu to chose from, excellent service (our server, Doriana, was top notch!), really tasty food (we had the pork shank and salmon), excellent drinks from an obviously real bartender, delicious dessert. All within fair price. What more do you want?

We had asked to sit on the porch but when we arrived we were told the seating outside had all been reserved for parties that reserved the tables before we had, but the entire time we were eating our dinner there was 2-3 tables empty outside. We were celebrating a special occasion and would have appreciated a little more effort to be sat where we had requested on our reservation. Food was very good but my husband was dissapointed the clam appetizer had already ran out. Service was great. The inside seating was very dark and warm.

Small menu but very good food, good atmosphere, very enjoyable. One issue was the presentation of a of salmon dish. The salmon that is cooked in parchment paper was delicious , but served in the parchment paper and we had to unwrap it at the table, the juices and red sauces were very messy and somewhat difficult to neatly dispose of. The kitchen should have unwrapped this in the kitchen before serving.

Hi Bill - Thank you for joining us at The Wellesley! We are excited for summer and so thrilled you visited us on our opening weekend! The Salmon Papillote is a traditional French dish served in a parchment or foil "package". I apologize if it was not clear that you were to keep the parchment in place after you open the pouch. The lovely juices are cradled in the nest of the parchment so you can enjoy the full spectrum of the flavors. After you finish, you can just close the bag - or your server can for you. I will be certain to reiterate these details to my servers. This reminder is absolutely appreciated. I do hope to see you again in the near future. Cheers!
