Wir können dabei besonders die deutschen Weißweine empfehlen, die sind nämlich ein Schwerpunkt der Weinstube. Weit über die Grenzen Kölns bekannt, ist der saftige, zarte, jedoch außen krosse Gänsebraten mit karamellisierten Maronen und dazu unglaublich leckere, hausgemachte Serviettenklöße frisch aus der Küche.
