Great atmosphere and food. We especially enjoyed the live music
Great food and ambiance! Our waitress was so nice and very efficient! Definitely recommend it for anyone!
Very pretty inside and out. Next to the pool. Heaters outside. Comfortable inside. Lighting was good. Decor was mostly modern. Definitely had a Resort Restaurant feel to it. Moderately expensive for 3 drinks, 2 appetizers, and 2 entrees.
There were 2 highlights to this experience: the ambience, and our servers, Scott and Jacqueline. Both were extremely personable and efficient. I had steak, which came on a narrow wooden paddle with fries. It was SO narrow, everything kept falling onto the table. My friend had fish, served on a bed of cold dried tomatoes, although it WAS on an adequately sized plate. The food was mediocre, and cold. We didn't care to deal with sending both entrees back, and perhaps not having the problem corrected, so we ate a little, enjoyed our wine and each other's company. In talking about it over coffee, and dessert, we realized, that everything was lukewarm to cold! We concluded that perhaps, since even the appetizers were cold, that most things were intended to be served as such. Our final assessment, after using the "TOTALLY WOKE," shared-gender bathroom: We tried it, and found it not to be to our liking--we won't go back.
Beautiful view. Excellent food. Great service. The art is lovely and so is the resort.
Great staff. Restaurant was too cold. Food was good.
I gave this review 2 stars because with the exception of the nice ambience and friendly server, everything else about our experience was disappointing. We waited 90 minutes to get our breakfast, only to find that it was cold, bland and way overpriced.
I mentioned this to the server, but nothing was done to remedy the issue.
Not going back...
Loud music, uncomfortable chairs. Server was slow and didn’t ‘move the meal’. Over-priced to the extreme. Food was presented nicely on the plate, but not particularly tasty.
Final verdict - we won’t be back.
We did the Chef’s tasting and it was lovely
We go to weft and warp often, it is always an excellent experience food is delicious, service is more than excellent and ambience especially when they have their live music is over the top
My wife and I decided to try here for our anniversary dinner, unfortunately we made a mistake. The service by our waiter was really the only good thing. Food was sub par, salad was over dressed. Appetizers were sent out 45 minutes before our entree ( we went on a Wednesday night and it was not busy, there were 2 chefs in the kitchen) My scallops were cold but cooked well. My wife’s Ny Strip was over cooked and Luke warm when it arrived. We were so disappointed in the overall experience we skipped desert and went to sprinkles cup cake machine.
A Lovely atmosphere, very good food, and Martin our server was terrific!
Definitely a place for foodies! Ordered the scallops in a blood orange reduction. Finished with a delicious cinnamon tostada topped with ice cream and fruit... YUM!!
The outdoor seating area is very romantic and the perfect place for a date. The inside seating area looks equally pleasing.
Aside from it being a Sunday evening, when we pulled in there was no valet at the stand, so we parked and walked and as we approached the valet stand, he appeared w popcorn in in his hand and mouth? However we let him know that we missed him and he was kind enough to offer to walk us to the front door and tell us a little background on the property, which was nice...
We entered the restaurant and we were almost greeted by a host (again not at their post) it was a 7:30 reservation not a 9 pm.
We were asked where we preferred to sit and we asked for outdoor seating and as we were taken to the door we were told to choose any table, rather than be taken and sat, which felt a bit unprofessional. We decided to sit at a small table at the edge of the patio overlooking the pool, not necessarily built for dining, but more for cocktails. We had a server appear relatively quickly and explain that the menu was a QR code for the phone, but neither of us were carrying a phone, which threw the staff member off and basically wheeled through the menu in a vague way; "we have a chicken dish, a fish dish, a beef dish and a vegetable dish" there's a lot on the menu to go through, he said...like it was too difficult for him to offer specifics? Once we finally saw another server and we had drinks brought (both were very good) Eagle Rare bourbon and a local lavender cocktail, we asked if there was possibly a paper menu available for us to look over and someone was bright enough to have one printed for us which eventually led to a very good meal. Our server was very good and if the other things mentioned were properly handled, I would possibly call it one of our better experiences locally, we have been wanting to stay at the resort for a weekend to enjoy the property and a private suite but have not had the opportunity to do so, maybe the restaurant and staff will have it together when we do?
Food portions were way too small for the price . Drink selection was good, but $14 for a mimosa? (I can get one at hotel valley ho for $5 during brunch)
Liked the live music and outside seating options
The global brunch series was disappointing. Not much of an experience, just the option of a dish if you want it. Won't go back.
April, our waitress, was lovely and attentive. She wore a mask and made us feel very safe and clean. Thank you!
Service was fantastic, drinks very really good, the view is gorgeous, food was good. Nothing wrong with the food, except the peach dessert, it tasted like cardboard, the panda cota was amazing!!! Food (scallop/ steak) I felt like it was on the colder side
Really enjoyed my experience. The food was excellent and the service attentive. I went to Arizona restaurant week and the menu was a great example of the talent of the kitchen.
The atmosphere, service, and cocktails were fantastic, but sadly the food did not match up.
Loved staying the the Andaz mainly because of this restaurant. I’ve been dreaming of coming back and eating their Pallet Omlette again only to find out that Open Table does not have their updated menu where the omelette has been removed. Extremely disappointed by this. Ordered other things off of the menu but they were bland and I’ve had better breakfast at Denny’s. Extremely disappointing that this restaurant has gone down hill.
My husband and I loved it!
The staff was wonderful. I was looking for a private experience and got exactly what I wanted. We sampled a new cocktail that should definitely be on the menu. It was a gin gimlet with herbs from the garden. 10/10
Always a delight to dine at Weft & Warp! The food is amazing the the service is outstanding. Elle was attentive and offered wonderful suggestions. Will definitely be back soon!
The meals taste is amazing but the portion sizes do not justify the price.
I would not recommend this place. The food was a joke. After paying a $50 bill we left hungry. The service and ambiance was awesome though.
Everything was great! Only problem is we has reservations at 11 am (online there was an option to. Book 1115 and 1130 also). When we walked in at 1057 the said the kitchen closed at 11. We ordered quickly and everything else was lovely, but if kitchen closes I'm
Guessing those times should not be available
Our 2nd wedding anniversary
Atmosphere and dining area are beautiful. Drinks were delicious. Bartenders and staff are top notch.
Food was underwhelming for the price.
fantastic experience once again. The out the door bill was unreasonable even for a resort, but we figured we are doing our part to help with the pandemic recovery. Bring you big boy wallet folks. It's worth it, but feels like eating breakfast in Hawaii (cost only).
Nice band, great art work.
Oysters were delicious. Cocktails great!
Food, band and wait staff are awesome! Love this place and the people
I liked the ambience and music. We realize this was the first night to re-open, but they were only four entrées. Mike’s seafood soup (Ciopinno?) only had four medium shrimp and three muscles, period, along with a couple of small toasts to sop up the broth. He left hungry. My chicken tasted good, but was dry. I almost choked on the breast meat. For the prices, we were disappointed. We might try it once more when they are up and running full steam again, because their online menu is awesome!
Yummy pan chicken
Their menu options are creative and always fun. Their wine list, I feel, needs more options for price points under the $60 bottle beginning point. Great service - and the bottomless mimosas using a Spanish Cava were delicious!
We had a wonderful evening. We sat on the patio overlooking the pool and a direct view of Camelback Mountain. Watching the sun set over the mountains was beautiful. Service was great, attentive without being aggressive. The food came out fantastic. Taste, presentation and quality were great. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing place for a nicer dinner you should try them out. We will be back for sure!
All was fabulous; nice ambiance, great drinks, food was good. We would go back!
I might recommend it but with slight reservation. There was obviously something going on there that day. It was my daughter's birthday and the service was not the best. The bartender had a negative attitude and the waitress never even gave us her name. The food was great but felt rushed , especially when the waitress brings the bill before you even finish.
Very cozy place!! I will be back
Tucked in the lobby of the Andaz hotel, this is a fun and vibrant eating spot. I've read other reviews downplaying the size of the menu, but I found a good number of options, including quite a few that could be made gluten-free. The live band outside was a nice touch, and the service was great! Delicious salmon, too. :)
