We had to ask for fresh bread because the bread they brought was so hard. Menu has not changed in years except for specials. Little disappointed in special because of heaviness for sauce with large noodle pasta. Service was good. Louder than normal with tables so close together
Our Dinner was an excellant experience but the noice level makes it dificult to talk at the table.
Good food. Good service. Surprisingly limited wine list
This was our third visit and each time is more enjoyable. Staff was very nice and efficient and look forward to our next visit.
The food and drinks were nearly perfect. The noise level is high and you can hear other conversations clearly. But the food is good enough to offset.
Always a great evening at Webster's! The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food is terrific! Great spot for any occasion!
From the service to the food, everything was outstanding. Be sure to make a reservation unless you’re willing to wait, though. It’s a very popular dining spot. Highly recommend!
This was our first visit back in awhile since we were not very happy with the food and service the last time we went to Webster's. Our server, Jennifer R. was fantastic! She was personable, professional, and made sure we always had what we needed. Her excellent service made a significant impact on our dining experience. It was my mother's birthday and she put a candle in her delicious coconut cake, which was above and beyond what she had to do. The food was much better this time and I was very happy to see that they have added a vegetarian option to the menu. The last time we visited Webster's, the only thing on the menu without meat was salad. My father and husband said that their fillets "melted in their mouths". I had the beet salad for my entree and my mother had it as a dinner salad we both agree that it was excellent. My mother had the scallops which she said were very good. For dessert, we had the coconut cake and it was amazing!
We were very pleased with our dinner at Webster's this time and will be going back again soon.
always well satisfied with the service , food , cleanliness, cheerful staff. We were asked if we were celebrating anything, my response was good food. I'd rather go here than any other upscale restaurant in WNY.
Lovely and delicious! We went to dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. There was a nice bustle in the restaurant. Service was attentive, the food choices were terrific, dinner was beautiful and delicious.
We are looking foward to our next visit.
This is a well known, well liked local spot in North Tonawanda, NY. It was my first time there and was seated in an elevated area which I found really warm even though the place was not busy. Perhaps a table in the lower areas would have been more room temperature. The service was very good, friendly and efficient. I thought the food was very good, not exceptional. Maybe I expected too much from all the noise made about this place. For the area, I think the menu is overpriced which may be the reason an older crowd was more obvious. Casual dining it’s not, but worth the stop. I’m not sure this will be a multiple visit restaurant for me but worth visiting.
Webster’s is one of our favorites - generally excellent food , reasonable value , and exceptional service. Unfortunately on this visit , the usually well prepared pork chop was dry - perhaps overcooked or inadequately brined . That said , management offered a $20 discount for future visit . A nice gesture .
We have eaten at Webster's several times, and each time it seems to get better. Our expectation of a nice dining experience is always exceeded by the wonderful service and food.
I had the seafood stew, which I had the first time. I found it good, but not nearly as good as my first visit. My companions thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We'll come back.
Excellent food! Our steak was so tender it melted in our mouths! And the lump crab appetizer was delicious!
We had reservations and were seated on time. The staff were energetic and helpful. The food was great and we would recommend Webster's Bistro for the both the food and the staff!
This was our first experience with your bistro. Enjoyed our drinks at the bar (good service and friendly patrons). However, except for the crab meat appetizer I had which was good, my wife was very dissapointed with the chicken mushroom crepe - it was lacking in mushrooms and the quality of the chicken was poor. My ceasar salad was tasty but instead of topping it with freshly grilled, juicy and sliced chicken strips, there was placed on top a cold dried piece of chicken.
My new favorite Resturant! Everything was wonderful, the wine, the entrees, the salads, the atmosphere. Loved it.
If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing dinner with great service and ambiance this is the place. Food is excellent and waitstaff is very congenial and attentive. Not a place I can afford to go often but it's a favorite of ours for special occasions.
The atmosphere, service and quality and presentation of the food is top grade. Websters is truly a 5 Star dining experience.
We keep going back to Webster’s...always amazing food and our server who we have had before is always wonderful. It’s the whole package!
As always food and service was excellent. Went prior to a show at the Riviera so it was a nice short walk from dinner to the show
Most excellent.....as usual!
food, service and ambiance were excellent. Always please with Webster's when dining there
Salad and appetizer were great. Halibut was dry and over cooked Riosoto was not hot. It was restaurant week menu. Service was good
Wonderful evening of fine dining...I think it was very energetic due to Restaurant Week and also many patrons were heading over to see Sheena Easton at the Riv....lots of fun though and I would highly refer friends to this restaurant...Also they have an amazing chocolate cake!!!
It would be hard to provide a review that was the equal of our dining experience. This was our third visit to Webster's and it was outstanding. Food, wine, drinks, service and ambience were exceptional.
The pork chop was perfect plate chop was cooked perfectly, spaetzle was delicious, sweet potato souffle was awesome and reduction was perfect. My wife's scallops were unbelievably sweet and tender - best ever. Halibut was delicious with perfectly cooked asparugus. Chicken was great polenta was tremendous. Our server Cassandra was wonderful. The La Crema pinot noir was a great choice and we are looking to add some bottles to our cellar. Webster's is now our number choice for a fine dining experience.
Wonderful menu options for 2019 restaurant week! Food was delicious, outdoor patio was cozy even when it was cool out, and service was outstanding. The baked brie is a must try!
Thank you for making my wife’s birthday very special. We have used Webster’s for our birthdays for the past few years and will continue to do so.
Wonderful food and ambiance! Webster’s has become my new favorite restaurant!
We have been to Websters several times before this visit. Many restaurants during restaurant week fall short in their food and service. Websters is the exception. First off, the hostess is wonderful. She is a joy and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant was packed and she handled everyone perfectly. The food was, as always exceptional. Our party of 6 ordered almost everything on the menu. We all did the triple course glass of wine for 30.19. Such a value with a great entre and 2 other courses with wine for such little money. Everyone was pleased with their selections! We love this place and will be back soon for the bouillabaisse. Bravo Websters!

Not happy with seating, faced the wall in a corner, hate to go out and face the wall, will not eat here again if I have that seat!
My husband had the salmon Wellington, and I had the seafood stew. Both of our entrees were delicious, and the seafood was perfectly cooked. Our waitress, Cassandra , was knowledgeable and attentive.
Restaurant week menu was delicious and a great value. Definitely will return.
We came on restaurant week at 4:30 (not busy). We were put next to the bar during happy hour at a table. We were the only couple seated there even though the dinning room was quite empty. We were not allowed to be part of happy hour because we were not at the bar. The service was good, but we were not happy where we were seated. It got quite noisy and hard to enjoy our meal. We were there the week before and had the chicken. The meal served was not the same meal. We have visited before but were very disappointed in this visit.
Lovely cozy atmosphere. Fantastic menu. Our dinners were divine. And we were able to have a conversation without screaming across the table. My halibut was to die for. Can’t wait to go back!!
Very nice restaurant, busy for restaurant week. Service was good and the food was presented well but came out a bit cool. Will visit again as the menu has a lot to offer.
The Halibut Oscar with Lemon Risotto, a featured entree for restaurant week, was simply delicious. Equally as tasty was the the Chicken Francaise entree. Every Monday through Friday from 4-6 p.m., Webster's Bistro and Bar offers $5.00 appetizers and $5.00 drinks at the bar. This is the perfect place to unwind after any busy day.
Deliciously prepared dishes, soups, fresh salads....staff was attentive and upbeat.
The service was very good, our server was very good and the food was excellent. Where your establishment fell short was on delivery even having the server apologizing on how long things took. Our entrées finally arrived 1-1/2 hr later ! It was nothing really special...basically beef stew. Would not recommend this place to others.
